pain totally gone after about 3 days. I had pain in my low side back in the middle of the night and mornings for quite some time. I had tried adding a mattress cover of memory foam - no help. A little over a week or so ago the pain was so intense I couldn't stand for several minutes.! Since carefully - meaning placement - using this pillow in the waist area, repositioning whenever I noticed I had moved during the night, I have awakened with no pain now for several days. I believe the issue was that my spine was not aligned (google helped me with ideas of course), and with this pillow, my spine is perfectly aligned whether on my side or my back. As for which brand to buy, who knows, but this one has enough support for me - I weight around 120# so someone else might want a different firmness.

This support pillow really works and very comfortable, I have and another one round like a tube and it was not comfortable and hard to sleep with it.

Purchased for future road trip. Looks good and feels good.

This support pillow is everything it said it would be and is just the right size. When I get up I no longer have pain in my lower back. It’s very comfortable and gives just the support you need and is so easy to use. I know I will be taking this pillow with me when I travel. I’m about to order a second one for my spouse! The quality is very good.

I wanted to leave a 5 star review, because this pillow helped my back tremendously. I've had lower back pain off and on for a few months, I noticed immediately the relief from the support I felt using the pillow. With that being said, the pillow smells HORRIBLE & I'm usually not sensitive to smells.

The pillow is stoutly constructed, and in my one use, it's in a stool/chair in my home office. I need to position the pillow to do its job, as no straps secure it to the chair. That's a minor annoyance, as I'd need to find a portion of the chair I can attach a strap to. As strictly a manually positioned support for my lower back, it works fine.

This is a nice pillow. Good quality, and considerably larger than I thought. I bought it for a neck pillow and at first I was disappointed to see the size and how firm it is. Once I used it for an actual lumbar support though, I was very impressed. It's very supportive, you might even call it "stiff" but it really helped my back when I sit in bed and read at night. Although it doesn't work for a neck pillow, it's fantastic for lumbar support.
