Work well
Had to cut a hole in the ceiling to repair a leaking shower on the floor above. This worked well to repair the hole and give future access if needed. Much easier than repairing drywall ceiling and matching the knockdown finish. My joists are truss beams 24 inches on center, so I purchased the 20x20 to match the opening between trusses.

Door fit and installed easily!
Arrived well packaged, but with one bent corner, included key and six drywall screws. It appears it was packaged with bent corner!? Packaging was NOT damaged. Well made, fit and installed easily. Bent corner was easily unbent!

Quality access panel, zero issues.
Arrived in perfect condition. This door uses a screwdriver slot to open and close, so there is no key by design which is much more convenient, but not secure if you don't want people getting in there. But overall, a very nice door.

Perfect for our use. I want to compliment the packaging. It was packed in manufacturing box with corner protectors and foam to protect the contents.

Beware of bent frame
The product came as described but the frame was bent. I’d seen this in other reviews but decided to purchase anyways. That was a mistake. You get what you pay for and in this instance that’s not a good thing.

S'emboîte parfaitement!
Le colis est arrivé chez moi intact. La plaque était emballée dans du papier bulle et insérée dans une boîte ajustée. Elle s'est très bien insérée dans le trou d'accès à mes tuyaux d'évacuation au sol sur un plancher à l'epoxy. Elle était moins cher qu'en magasin de bricolage.

Poor Packaging
Product itself would be great, except for the bent corners (from shipping!?) I’ve ordered 3 now, and all have been damaged. Hopefully the 4th comes packaged better…lol no I’m sure it won’t 🤷♂️

NOT ALL METAL
This is a great product for the price but be aware that the door frame is plastic so if you need an all metal system, this is not it.
