Lasted 1 year.....really hate that I purchased this 800$ piece of crap. I had high hopes and it disappointed on every level. Used to work but it has never cleaned every part of the pool. There is no smart mapping, it randomly drives everywhere and will get suck back and forth on stairs. It was nice to set and forget but its lack of cleaning quality made it worth it. Finally after 1 season the cable separated from the swivel part of the water proofed heat wrap. Leaked water down the cable to the 3 prong in the motor connection. I will never waste 800$ on maytronics ever again. Warranty is a joke, they want you to self diagnose, and still pay to ship it to them....thats non refundable. Stay away

This is the best reasonably priced, corded, in-ground pool vacuum available. We had another, more expensive brand, which would miss parts of my pool, even after three cycles. The Dolphin E25 model is basically plug and play. I didn't need to use the associated app, and it works great. It has two filter boxes, does a great job on the pool floor and sides, and doesn't get stuck on stairs. It's easy to clean and filters about 4500 gallons per hour, much more than most cordless models, which typically lose battery life after a season. The cord is 51 feet and makes it easy to pull in when it finishes. Very happy with this purchase.

This dolphin was delivered about a week ago. I used it 3 times and it just stopped working! Three times! I did every troubleshooting thing the manual and website suggested and it still does not work! And now it will not turn off! I have to unplug it to make it turn off! I am returning it now!

So far so good. Had no issues setting it up and getting it connected via the app. It is running on a schedule which works great. It has been doing a great job of getting all over the pool and I have not noticed it miss any areas yet. A big plus for me was that has not been getting stuck on my two main drains like my previous cleaner constantly did. This cleaner appears to go right over them with ease. Easy to retrieve and clean out the filters. It does appear to get all the way up to the waterline, which was not important for me, but a nice addition.

When I put the robot into the pool I had such high hopes. It started off right away and I felt like an idiot for not buying it sooner. But then I tried to connect to the app through the power supply unit. I tried and tried and then decided to call customer support. It rang and rang and rang and rang...then the awful hold music...and after an hour I hung up and tried their chat support. The first rep told me to restart all of my internet connectivity devices and see if that works. If not, I'd have to open a new chat. Well I did open a new chat and this time they told me there was something wrong with my power supply's bluetooth chip and they would replace the power supply unit. The wait time would be 7-10 business days. They'd send me an email when it shipped. 12 days later no shipping info and can't reach their customer support by phone or chat...1 star for the app and the awful customer service

Life changing product. Keeps my pool super clean year round. Best investment don't need a pool guy anymore

I've had the E25 for a year and over all this is a good cleaner. However, for the price I would expect it to be a little smarter and avoid stairs. My unit will get stuck an average of 2 times each cleaning cycle (today was 3 times so I'm motivated to share). This requires me to go out to the cleaner, move it away from the stairs and hit the button to continue the cycle. By the second or third time it gets stuck, I really question my purchase but it's been a year so I'm stuck. If I use the app to do "floors only" it doesn't get stuck but the walls don't get cleaned. If it's set to clean the walls, it gets stuck.

Works great when it’s not stuck on the steps. I have to rescue it 3 or more times per use. It’s very frustrating. It also rips my fountain out and runs through anything in its way. My last dolphin never got stuck on the steps and detected when an item was in its way and would avoid it. I feel like I’m constantly babysitting it to make sure it’s staying on track. Update. I would change my rating to 0 if I could. I can’t keep it off my steps and then it gets stuck. I am outside constantly watching it or restarting it because it’s always stuck. This is worthless. If you have steps don’t waste your money.
