If you want to have a snack-stash or a substitute for trail mix this is a good option. Think kettle corn only with pumpkin seeds. It is super snackable and packed with energy. It comes with a punch of calories so a little goes a long way.

Firstly just wanted to speak to the reviews stating that they only received 1 bag instead of 6. These are vine reviewers, like myself, and this is typical of free products on amazon. If you are paying for the product, then you would receive a whole pack.I was expecting a kettle cooked type flavor with the sweet and salty combo. I suppose it is there, but is very subtle. They mostly just tasted like seed clusters, but I like seeds and they are healthy for you so it was still a win.

This is very healthy snack, only 4 ingredients; Organic sprouted pumpkin seeds, organic sprouted sunflower seeds, organic cane sugar, sea salt. However, it is not to my taste. I don’t feel any sweet and salty in these clusters. Also, most of clusters were crushed inside the bag, which makes them not suitable for my kid’s lunchbox.

I only received 1 of these when the listing is for 6. It's fulfilled by Amazon, so I'm not taking any stars away from the item itself. It would be an easy fix with Amazon to get the full pack sent out, but take note that the warehouse may only send 1. If you need the full amount for a recipe or something that could be an issue. I ordered another 6 pack of the same item but a different flavor and I received all 6.The Everything Bagel flavor is a garlic lover's dream. I put garlic powder on everything and the garlic flavors of these is almost too much even for me--but not quite. They're amazing. Put some cream cheese on a piece of toast and sprinkle these on top and you have yourself an everything bagel substitute. I'd definitely purchase these on my own because they're that good. Bummed that I only received one because the other flavor I got isn't nearly as good as this one.

I thought the taste and texture was good. That being said, both bags that I have opened so far have been mostly powder that I have to sift through to find some seeds. It is almost as if somewhere in the delivery process, something heavy was put on it.

Ordered these organic snacking seeds from Amazon, arrived quickly in a very good packaging. Out of the box I received 6-pack of "organic sprouted snacking seeds", each of them is 4 oz (113 grams). They are mostly pumpkin seeds with everything bagel flavoring. I found them tasty and fresh out of the purple packaging. However to my taste they could be a 50% less saltier. I felt like drinking tons of water as I was snacking on these to prevent the salt burn in my throat. All in all they are a good snack to have it with you, but make sure to watch your sodium intake as you eat these snacks, since each serving size has 250 mg sodium.

I like these snacking seeds, though they’re a bit unusual. They consist of pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds clustered together via cane sugar and sea salt - that’s it. Just four ingredients. I like their whole food simplicity, and the fact that they’re organic and high in protein.The taste is what makes them unusual, because they’re both sweet and salty. Honestly, I could have done without the sweetness, but I don’t mind it. I just don’t think it adds anything particularly great to the snack, aside perhaps from effectively “clustering” the two different kinds of seed together.Overall, though, I’d recommend these snacking seeds!

They have 4 simple ingredients and are packed with nutrients (as well as fat, just like nuts). I've been trying to eat better lately and just discovered sprouted mung beans for salads, so I couldn't wait to try these, too. They are sweet and salty, but not overly so on either side of the flavor profile. They are lightly crunchy and quite satisfying. I think due to the sweetness, I'd prefer to eat these as a snack rather than a salad topper.These work out to around $1 an ounce, so they aren't cheap. But what are these days? I could see eating these regularly as part of a plant-based diet, but I wish they had a variety pack to see which ones you like (or don't).The expiration date for the ones I received is January 2025, but they'll never last that long now that I've tried them. If you like seeds and nuts, you’ll probably enjoy these as well.
