Skeptical when I'm buying cool patches instead of heat patches but this one actually seems to be doing something and for the price it's really good

Very very tacky . I know they need to adhere to the skin but they leave a sticky feeling on the skin. They warm up really quickly too so do not stay cool for long, in my opinion a spray is better.

Solid okay! Bought these to try as they’re a bit cheaper than some other brands. Gel pad is thicker than others and cold is long lasting which is good, however patches are less flexible and not as sticky as some of the more expensive brands. Probably fine for areas of the body that don’t flex or move much, but a bit annoying for joints or sports.

Awful. Don’t stick at all. Stay in place for about 30 seconds then crumple up and fall off. Do not buy. Pay the extra and get some decent ones

They don't stay on as there is no stickyness to them! Make sure you have micropore tape at home or you'll end up having to hold them in place. I'm also not convinced they actually do anything, there's no noticeable cooling sensation it just feels like what it is - a sheet of gel taped on my neck. I'm going back to using spray on deep freeze which was far more effective.
