I like taking vitamins, I'm opposed to medication. If there is a natural way to help with my medical issues vitamins are my first go to. For me medication messes with my stomach to much... so I was told about Nature Sunshine supplements; I tried them and liked them. These magnesium complex help with leg cramps. I used to get the worst cramps, waking up screaming and writhing in pain.. but not any more...These supplelements help me so much..I hope I can continue buying them from Amazon !

Recommend anything by nature’s sunshine been using their products since 2003 they’re of the highest quality I only trust them and maybe a couple other supplement companies that’s it!! Though this NOT a high amount of magnesium per serving, the quality is unmatched.
