Is there away to put back in pairing mode for Bluetooth?

There isn't an actual pairing mode..... it is always available to pair as long as the speaker is in Bluetooth mode. It will show up as an available device TNPHaser

What type of cable does it take to charge this device? And is it included?

The only cable it came with was the one attached to it which is a standard USB. I was able to plug it into my multi wall adapter for power.
