The bottles are sold or made by Pure Water Health. They have a website www.purewaterhealth.com and their phone number is 408-245-Pure. "BPA Free" is on the bottom of the bottle as well as "Approved For Drinking Water Only." Hope this helps you out.

I am not sure if they offer a warranty. The bottle was great however you are right it was very fragile! Did not last long! Maybe 5 months or so before it got a crack in it and started leaking =( This was very saddening because they are pretty expensive to replace that often!

Q: How often do these have to be replaced? I bought a couple four years ago and they still look good and there are no cracks, we were just curious!?

The material it's made with is a little thinner than an older one I have but I've had it a couple years and it's as good as new. I am a little more cautious when filling or setting it down full of water as to not split it, but I would certainly buy again.
