I have an old shoulder injury that occasionally flares up. Ice and ibuprofen generally talked care of it, but it's a huge pain in the ass to keep ice on my shoulder. This thing is magical! Works well. Not confined to chair to keep it in place. Nice to have freedom to walk around. Stays cold 》20min. Came in handy after shoulder surgery. It does sweat as it thaws. Just keep small towel handy.

We purchased this for my 12 year old swimmer and it has been working great. The adjustable straps work perfectly for my slim 12 year old. The ice pack cools perfectly and the material is soft on one side and the other has a waterproof material. I would recommend this product.
