Thermostat broke and there is no replacement for it
After a year of use the thermostat broke says it’s at 70 with in reality is at 40 degrees I like to dip at 50 so I can’t get there and stay there how I paid to do so. And there is no replacement part. Which is incredible

Pump is worthless
Within 90 days, pump stopped working properly. You have to smack it to get it to turn on.

Thermostat broke after about 10 months of use.
Worked flawlessly for 6 months. Then the thermometer was off by 10 degrees. It was consistently off by 10-11 degrees so it was still useable. Turned chiller off for 3 months, restarted it and thermometer is now dead, won't chill at all. No error messages at all. Caveat: This was kept (technically) outside, but it was a covered porch and I cleaned it regularly. This was in the florida heat/humidity.
