I bought these for two seniors at church services. They love them. They were easy to put together and of good quality.

+ Bought on sale during holidays+ at the time, reviews were over 4 out of 5 stars+ no need for screwing in armrests that barely fit the way they're supposed to and need to be hammered in (they're supposed to slide in and screwed on)-----------‐----------------------------------------- Assembly instructions were vague- Was missing a few screws, a couple came dented- Armrests came dented- Many screw holes would not line up properly- Some of the parts that should've slid into place had to be hammered and forced in- Backrests were notably the worst part to try and fit on, let alone line the screw holes upSpent two hours attempting to put together one of the two chairs. Even after deciphering the undetailed instructions, many pieces refused to fit properly.If you manage to put the chair together, you might have a decent time using it. But with how low quality some of the parts are (assuming you even got all the parts you need), paired with a frustrating assembly process, I'm not sure I'd trust using these chairs for any extended period of time.Now that some time has passed after the holidays and reviews are in, it's clear that good customer support from this company is non-existent. Doesn't take a genius to infer that they knew the product they sold was hot garbage and braced themselves accordingly to avoid the inevitable wave of refunds.I'd expect this level of quality and scummy business practices from maybe ali baba or temu. Amazon needs a means of quality control and better oversight on refund policies.If you're in the same boat as me and you bought this on sale, I wish you all the luck in making whatever time or money you spent on this disaster somehow worthwhile.If you didn't buy this product, do yourself a favor. Don't. Post-holidays reviews are as raw as reviews get, so keep your eyes peeled for these if you're shopping on Amazon.

Chair back is not easy to put together. The wholes do not match up and you really have to be strong enough push to get the back to fit!! After all that work the height of the chair is too short!!

This chair is easy to assemble and I think it would be useful for a variety of uses. It’s comfortable and sturdy.

Broke within six months. I am not fat nor obese and both cheap plastic armrests broke!😡😡

Nothing about the assembly of this chair was easy- when attaching the seat some of the screws were very hard to screw in, the back did not fit the way it was supposed to- I had to pound on it for 20 minutes to get the holes for the screws to line up and the armrests were nearly as bad. If you want a workout, this is the chair for you! I haven't used it yet- will add opinion on comfort after I do.I've used the chair and it is very comfortable.Addendum- be very careful when sitting in this chair! If you sit too far forward, the seat will flip down and you'll end up on the floor! There is no way to secure it so it won't come apart. Be very careful!

Bought this for my scrapbooking table, I don’t need an extra cushion for my back anymore. The hubby put it together for me so that was nice I didn’t have to do it myself.

The plastic brackets on this chair are very weak and broke quickly, neither Amazon nor the seller will issue a refund. Very disappointed.
