It's just yummy!!! I use applesauce instead of oil. Keep the egg. Very tasty

Yummy cookies!
This is a great tasting cookie mix. I love that it is healthy for you and so easy to make. I love some of the other products they have as well.

Not my favorite cookies
Not a real fan of these. You flatten them so they are thin (tip: use parchment paper between the cookie & whatever you flatten them with). I used the base of big wine glass. Thin, crispy on the outside & the center reminds me of a dry cake. I baked them first at 14 minutes, which is in the middle of the suggested cooking time. They seemed too hard, so the second batch I baked at the minimum, 13 minutes. The mix does make exactly 20 cookies (2 batches) if you adhere to the 1 tablespoon size of raw dough. I used the original crunchy recipe and wish I'd gone with the Vegan soft recipe on the container. These just weren't for me, but it might have been different if I tried the Vegan recipe that calls for a banana instead of an egg. Since I didn't try both recipes, I'm giving them a 4.

I add it to my protein yogurt. I love it. Also adding a little water making a dip for my apples.

Excellent
