Q: Just ordered the 5lb bag of ground piñon coffee and it came in today but it says on the package best by 06-30-2019. Was I sent an old bag?

I just bought one recently too. Mine says sell by 8/26/19. It doesn't say use by. I suggest you call the customer service phone number on the bag and see what they say.

Q: Does this coffee usually come opened? I went to try it this morning and there was no seal or anything. It was just folded over.

The bags from the roaster are not heat sealed, but use a fold down seal and wire band for the closure. The bags sold by Viking Commerce are heat sealed in a poly bag upon receipt, then shipped to Amazon fulfillment centers.

Q: Does this coffee have sugar added?

There is no added sugar in this coffee. I use Stevia to sweeten mine a bit.
