Puchased one for my son's girlfriend's birthday for an upcoming trip. The colors available were great - had a hard time choosing but the dusty rose color I ended up getting was beautiful. The duffel itself is true to the Herschel quality -awesome. Good size that will fit everything for a few days out of town and will pass as a carry-on. She loved it so much that I ended up getting a second one for my son who felt forgotten - this time in beautiful olive green. Amazing quality and perfect for everyone. Might get a third one for myself... Recommend!

It’s everything I asked for, but somehow it’s not what I want. It looks good, good capacity, has a shoe compartment, and a shoulder strap, but getting in and out of the main compartment is stiff and awkward. The zipper’s fine, but like other reviewers mentioned, not the best?While I was testing this one, I also tested the REI 40L road-tripper, which is less polished, but I prefer.

Classy little go bag, I keep it in my trunk. Avoid the walk of shame, have a spare set of clothes and a toiletry kit ready to go. And you’re ready for a day trip anytime. I know it sounds like an ad, but that’s what I actually do. Years in the military have taught me to always have something in the car in case you end up someplace you didn’t expect to be. this is a classy little bag. Wasn’t expensive, and it’s coming handy several times.

I received the correct size but there was no shoe compartment? I am so confused since that was specifically a reason I got it. It’s much smaller than expected too.
