0.5mm Ultra Thin Back Brace for Women Men, All Day Comfort & Support

I suffer pain from severe spinal stenosis. I've tried at least five different back supports. All, except this one, feel like a Victorian corset, too stiff and aggressive; wearing one can increase my discomfort. This product does not. It's lightweight with plenty of elasticity, offering two significant benefits. It can be worn comfortably and unobtrusively under clothing next to the skin. It provides a mild soothing pressure on the affected vertebrae just above the tailbone. A small triangular pad presses and supports. The only deficiencies are that it tends to ride up, requiring frequent adjustments during the day, and the top curls over when sitting. I purchased two of these, so I have one to wear when the other is in the laundry. The sizes are not determined by trouser waist measurement but by circumference at the navel level. If you are close, favor a larger size.

This makes my day so much better. I have sciatic nerve damage. There are still things that hurt to do. But for the most part, the triangle piece in the center that lines up with the spine help take that pain away. I bought the size exactly what I measured, I didn't go smaller or bigger. At first I thought dang i should have gone smaller because you can't pull out really tight. But you don't need to. The little snug is enough.

I like it enough to keep using daily. I like that it’s light weight and not bulky. Of course the back is bulky and flat so it’s a part of it. But over all I like that it doesn’t make my clothes look super big like some do. I only have a problem with it sliding up during the day, and I have to readjust a lot, but I’m also not the skinniest. Back support is moderate, I have had better support, but the other brace I have is too small…

This product is a lifesaver. I used to have back pain whenever I walked long distances, but after using this brace, I can walk freely without any discomfort. I highly recommend it! It fits well and is not bulky, making it lightweight and easy to wear. The quality is excellent, and the support and functionality are fantastic.

Didn’t like the silky material that it was. Slides around too much and it’s not comfortable at all

I loved the feel of it, but it does not provide the support needed for EDS hip or sacrum issues. LI would recommend for light support.

I liked it when it was new, but it's not the sturdiest. I liked that it was thin and provided support while not adding a bunch of bulk under clothes. But after many uses (several months), the adhesive holding the main velcro piece to that front overlap section you see in the pic came undone and I had to reglue it. Probably didn't choose the best glue cuz now that section is hard and less flexible than before. The elastic is starting to stretch out too. But I would probably buy it again for light, nearly invisible support if I needed it again (my back is doing better and I don't use it as much lately).

I was skeptical. I have stenosis and made my lower back very weak at work. This was just the right support and wasn't too constricting. Very helpful. It fits well and the velcro is secure.

Prodotto conforme alla descrizione è una fascia molto minimalista che si nasconde molto bene sotto i vestiti. Io ho una scoliosi che mi fa soffrire e con il busti tradizionali più performanti riesco a stare in piedi molto di più ma quando sono costretto a vestirmi con l'abito e quella tradizionale Diventa molto ingombrante con questo che è molto più sottile riescono a nasconderlo meglio ma devo ammettere che il supporto è altrettanto ridotto quindi lo consiglio solo a chi piccoli problemi di schiena o nel caso si voglia utilizzare sotto un vestito per essere abbastanza invisibile

Just received the back support and had it on for an hour and already I'm more comfortable, I non-restrictive with mobility good support, sizing right, great value for money excellent, it cannot be seen under clothes which is very good
