No it will not retract using air.

Will this work with the rogue fab bender?

Yes. I have it on my Rogue Fab bender. If you're compressor is good enough it should work fine. It's a little slow but faster than hand pumping.

I'll take the base off. Anyone know the inner diameter of the holes in the base bracket so I can make sure my pins fit?

The base to bracket bolts on mine are 8mm X 1.25mm bolts that thread directly into the base bracket. The large through hole is 5/8 inch

How much air pressure is need to raise jack with one ton on it.? Can I use a spare air tank?.

Not sure on exact pressure to raise jack but a spare air filled should work with no problem
