I have tried all kinds of turmeric products and I can say this one seems to help. It’s very tasty as well. It’s not going to kill all your inflammation but it’ll help

Good way to take turmeric
I had been taking turmeric off and on for a while - mainly off because I HATED the pills and capsules. The after burps were almost as bad as fish oil. Then I found these. The first bottle I purchased were not zero sugar, and I have to admit the flavor was amazing! I would've eaten those things like candy! :-) But I'm diabetic, so probably not a good idea. Next time I purchased the zero sugar and they are still tasty. They are the last thing I take with my meds and supplements - a treat for getting the others down. I can't say I feel amazingly better because of taking them, but my meds and supplements are many, who knows what's helping what? Not inexpensive, I have enough confidence in the ingredients and brand that I will continue taking them and having them on auto-ship. Can't hurt, right? ;-D
