Tricel Electricity Meter Box White Surface Mount SB1 : desertcart.co.uk: DIY & Tools Review: Value - Very good Review: Really sturdy, sound cabinet - Arrived in quick time, it really sturdy and does the job perfectly. You will need to drill holes into the back to be able to screw it to the wall, and to the bottom to feed the cable into the cabinet. Note: the cabinet does come with the key, but this does not come with screws or fixings, or the “hockey stick” (this is needed to house the electricity cable to the bottom of the cabinet - sold separately).

Nice wall box.
This box is used by me to house an electric car slow-charger on the outside wall of my garage. It is very good at keeping things inside dry and the key is easy to use.

Very poor quality
Door hinges were burst U bought another of the same type from different supplier as I couldn't wait for replacement and this was the same.

Very strong.
A must have if you are moving your meter.

Solid box but would be better if it came in 2 parts
This meter box comes in one piece, others have a back plate and then the front hooks over the top. When I have used these boxes I have to cut the back out and adapt it to fit. Having said that it did serve its purpose and is solid.
