One of my zappers arrived not quite working properly. I had to get a refund and then re-purchase a new set but I'm glad I did. They are perfect for swatting flies, mosquitoes and other smaller flying devils. My wife and I armed ourselves with these rackets all summer to fend off the 'squeeters and we had fun doing it. Some flies will need to be zapped a bit more if they dont make good contact but it works. They aren't noisy and they are easy to use. They have decent battery life and don't need to be charged daily unless used heavily. I would recommend these!

There zapper racquets are a wonderful device to add to you outdoor collection. They work as designed and described. Bought them to kill the bees going into my next door neighbor’s home. However even though they killed the swarm going into the hive, they failed to eradicate the hive, this is because once the queen is alive the life cycle of the ecosystem will always thrive.

We get ALOT of flies during summer here in Texas so we bought it and have used them for over a year now. They are great, still working, they kill flies on the spot. They only issue is they do not work as well when they are low battery but there is no indicator of that so you kind of notice when they are not as efficient zapping Flies you need to charge them.

These work well. I set one up in the kitchen and one in the living room. I kept them plugged in so the battery is always charged. They don't make any noise other than hearing them zap every so often when a fly flies into it. Very soon all the little flying creatures were gone. Way better than trying to swat them with a fly swatter!

I bought a non-brand by accident, then bought this. Surprised this is crap compared to the non-brand name one. The internal light is garbage/ faked in the images, and after charging for a week I tried to shock a mosquito and it made a baby spark, but the mosquito kept flying. This happened 4 times, until I threw it in the trash and went and got the generic brand one, which killed it instantly. This was one of the worst years for flies for us. We were getting overrun by them and couldn't figure out where they were hatching until our son took his ferret cage outside to clean it and found maggots in the litter. He usually cleans it once a week as he only has 1 ferret but after that discovery it became a daily task for him. In the meantime we purchased the rechargeable zapper swatters. We have a batteried one but it was heavy on the hand and went through batteries fault quickly. Plus you have to push a button for it to zap. With the rechargeable ones there is the option to turn them in and leave them on or push a button to cap if desired. We used the continually on option and kept them mostly in the kitchen as that is where the flies tended to pirate us most. Instead of setting them in the stand provided we laid them flat on the counter and the flies would land on them. These were a true lifesaver for us! Once my son discovered his ferret cage issue we placed one in its charging base by the ferret cage. We were so pleased with these we bought another set so my husband who is a truck driver could keep one in his truck for mosquitoes. They are super for zapping fruit flies/gnats too. We are super super happy with this product.
