I’m on a GLP1 and I was worried about hair loss. My hair is long and very fine. I started using Routine Wellness (Lilac and Winter Rose) March 3rd, and two months later I’m seeing minimal hair loss, my hair feels wonderful, it feels thicker, it’s still clean the second day, and the split ends and dry ends are gone. My hair has never been this healthy in my life. $49 sounds like a lot for shampoo and conditioner, especially as small as the bottles are. But I’ve only used about 1/3 of the bottles in two months. This stuff lasts a long time. With as long as my hair is, I’m definitely impressed. If you’re concerned with hair loss, use Routine Wellness. (I also take pumpkin seed oil with saw palmetto, and biotin. With this and Routine Wellness, I’m confident that I won’t lose any hair. Try it- You won’t regret it.

This shampoo and conditioner set has been a good addition to the routine. It feels gentle on the hair and scalp, cleans well, and leaves the hair feeling soft and manageable. I like that it is designed for anti-thinning support, and it feels like a more thoughtful option compared to basic products. The scent is pleasant without being too strong, and it works well for regular use. A nice option if you are looking for something simple, effective, and easy to use daily.

This shampoo and conditioner are very nice. It leaves my curly fine hair feeling soft, clean, and healthy. The rose hips scent is ok. It doesnt smell bad I'm just super picky and thought it would smell more like roses. I bought this scent because I wanted something similar to bath and body works rose body wash but again this shampoo and conditioner only smells a tad like roses and the rest kinda smells like incense. Not bad but I would try a different scent next time. I took off one star not because of the shampoo and conditioner but because if the scalp serum. The smell of the oils in that is so overbearing that you literally want to wash it out asap because leaving it in overnight is too much. But otherwise good results and would recommend this set.

Okay this one definitely deserves a great review!! SO I’ve been using this shampoo and conditioner set for several weeks now, and it honestly surprised me more than I expected. I originally bought it because my hair had been feeling thinner around the front and crown area from stress, heat styling, and postpartum shedding. My hair also tangles easily and gets oily at the roots while staying dry on the ends, so finding products that balance everything without making my hair worse has always been difficult. The first thing I noticed was the scent. The Rose Hips fragrance smells clean, fresh, and lightly floral without being overpowering. It gives that “just left the salon” smell but still feels soft and natural. The scent stays in my hair for most of the day, and I’ve actually gotten compliments on how good my hair smells after using it. The shampoo itself lathers really nicely for being sulfate-free. A lot of sulfate-free shampoos either don’t foam enough or leave my hair feeling greasy afterward, but this one made my scalp feel genuinely clean without stripping all the moisture out of my hair. After rinsing, my hair didn’t have that dry, squeaky feeling that some anti-thinning shampoos leave behind. My scalp also felt refreshed, and I noticed less itchiness and buildup after about a week of use. The conditioner was probably my favorite part of the set. It’s rich and creamy, but a little goes a long way. I focused it mostly on my mids and ends, and it instantly made my hair easier to detangle. Before using this set, I would lose a noticeable amount of hair every time I brushed or washed it. After a few weeks, I started noticing less hair coming out in the shower and less breakage while brushing. That alone made me keep using it consistently. What really stood out to me was how much healthier my hair looked overall. My hair started feeling softer, shinier, and fuller at the roots. Usually my hair falls flat the day after washing, but with this set it kept more volume and bounce without needing a bunch of styling products. Even my ponytail felt a little thicker over time. It didn’t magically regrow hair overnight, but it definitely improved the appearance and strength of my hair, which made a huge difference in my confidence. I also appreciate that the formula includes ingredients like biotin, caffeine, saw palmetto, niacinamide, argan oil, and black seed oil. My hair tends to react badly to harsh products, but this felt gentle enough for regular use while still making my hair feel nourished. It also worked well on my color-treated hair and didn’t fade my color faster like some shampoos do. One thing I will say is that if you have very fine or oily hair, using too much conditioner can weigh your hair down a little. I learned pretty quickly that I only needed a small amount. Also, results definitely take consistency. I didn’t notice major changes after one wash, but around the 3–4 week mark I could really tell my hair looked healthier and shedding had improved. Overall, I genuinely feel like this shampoo and conditioner helped bring my hair back to life. My hair feels stronger, softer, and easier to manage, and it gives me that fuller, healthier look I was hoping for. Out of all the anti-thinning products I’ve tried, this is one of the few that actually made my hair feel cared for instead of dry and damaged.

Fantastic after one use I can see and feel the fullness in my hair. Do yourself a favour and buy the set of shampoo and conditioner.

I'm unconvinced of the effectiveness of Routine. I actually felt like the shampoo and conditioner dried out my hair more than my typical products, which then led to more breakage than normal, given my hair type (frizzy, curly, thick but rapidly thinning). I had more hair loss per shower than with a basic Pantene conditioner infused with biotin and collagen, followed by a Kitsch leave-in conditioner. And those are less expensive. While I may not have given Routine a long enough chance to work, it didn't seem worth buying another $50 set.

This shampoo, conditioner and hair serum have help my thinning hair. It adds volume and texture to help cover the patchy spots. The fragrance is not overpowering, lathers well and the conditioner doesn't leave a lot of residue in my hair. The effects last about three days for me. I've been using this about three months and recommend.

I’m pleased with the feel of my hair after using this shampoo and conditioner. It feels so soft and not dried out at all. The fragrance is light and lovely. I’m giving four stars only as I haven’t used the shampoo and conditioner long enough to know whether it will help my thinning hair.

Really lovely shampoo and conditioner, I bought the rose hip one which smells amazing. I read previous reviews that hair was quite tangled and very hard to brush I haven’t found that at all, in fact my hair was easier to brush and style. It’s to early to tell if it will help with hairfall but my hair definitely feels softer and shiny .

I was skeptical, having used expensive salon brands for years, but this duo has significantly improved the moisture level of my hair, while keeping it balanced. My hair is softer, less frizzy and my curls are coming back. I have about 30% grey wavy and fine stands.

Psoriasis and menopause…double whammy! I now alternate each wash with TGel one wash, then Routine shampoo & conditioner the next and I have stopped losing hair, and have regrowth. I was starting to think I’d be bald soon, having already had thin hair my whole life. Worth the investment!

I've only used it a couple of times so far, but my hair feels so much cleaner! Silky soft. And the heavenly smell is amazing! I bought the rose hip one, and I am loving it so far. Hopefully after more time I will see less hair loss. Will be buying it again once I run out for sure!
