This saved me!

I had to purchase this because I broke the ribbon cable to the proximity sensor repairing a iPhone 12 Pro Max screen. I put the phone together even with the broken ribbon cable inside. I got the repeated Apple logo and couldn't get around it. Did some research and found this part. Works as it should. Face Id stopped working but that it fine. It is better than the phone not booting up at all.

The one in my daughter’s phone failed. Installed this with a new screen and the speaker, light sensor and mic are working very well. The Face ID no longer works, but that was expected when I purchased it.

I can hear clearly now

This fixed my speaker issue. Unfortunately I accidentally touched the facial recognition camera, rendering it useless. So be careful and mindful of the cameras inside the case as you are working. (Totally my bad)

Speaker not so loud and seal issue

Fits in iPhone 12 Pro. However, yes you will not be able to use Face ID. The reason for 2 stars is the speaker is not as loud as original. Also, the replacement seal to hold the screen down did not transfer off and onto my phone very well. The bottom left portion of my phone now is raised just a little. It will sink down when pressed but will pop up (this is the spot the replacement seal did not transfer to my phone very well - lost its stickiness).
