This works as advertised, but is over priced.

Effective Sanding Mop
Effective sanding mop, gets into areas I can't reach with a disc or drum sander, and much faster than sanding by hand. Though competitively priced with other sanding mops, it still strikes me as expensive, I'll have to see how long it lasts.
