What's Prepares up to 60 cups of perfectly cooked rice (30 cups uncooked) means? What really means of 30 cups uncooked?

That means it will produce 60 cups of cooked rice using 30 cups of raw rice. We used ours last week for a company supper. We used 5 cups of raw rice and then filled it with water to the 25 line on the pot. After about 40 minutes we had some really good rice -- neither sticky nor too dry, but perfect from that at the top of the pot to the very bottom. This is the 3rd time we have used it for our annual supper and have had good results each time.

What's the voltage? 120v or 240v?

120V I have never tripped a breaker; however, I do not run it on a circuit while other items are running. Another words, I run it on a dedicated circuit. We use this rice cooker for large family gatherings and tailgating. It's big!

what type of power does it need? 110 or 220

110,, only Europe and certain part of middle east voltage is 220..this is made for use within USA only, which is automatically only 110..you might be able to use a converter if you intend to use it oversees, but you need to find out the details if possible,..
