Just what we wanted.
Best decision was to buy these steps. We needed safe access to a loft area we use for seasonal storage. These steps don't use up a lot of wall space. Yes, they stick out but after a while they blend in. Love the railing on each side, the steps have antislip inprints on them and the top has good size handles to pull yourself up. Easy to pull down with a provided hook.

Non standard mounting hole position requires additional support
Everything about this ladder seems fine and as expected except for the mounting holes. Neither the top or side holes match up to standard US framing so I am now in the process of building cross braces so I can properly anchor this to my wall.

These stairs have worked great. Been up for 6+ months & no issues. Easy to pull down & push up.
