I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable this massage mat is. The vibration settings are relaxing, and I love that it covers my back, lower back, and legs all at once. This has 5 modes, 3 intensities, heat and a seperate mode where you can choose either one or 4 vibrating areas to work independently or simultaneously. This is NOT a massager. This most likely will not give you any type of instant relief. This has 10 vibrators in 5 different sections. It is very relaxing and does help with sore muscles but it takes many hours if not days of use to have any real effect on the muscles. After a week or two of use the pad gets compacted and the vibrators can become uncomfortable. I have a thin pad that I put on top of my vibrating pad and that works just fine. If you are looking for something that is going to massage your muscle pain out, this is NOT a massager. If you are looking for something that helps with sore muscles and helps relax you or even help you to sleep, then this is an excellent pad for that. I use this in combination with massagers. I use this pad as one part of my arsenal to work on all my sore muscles as I get older.

I bought this massager because I had discomfort and pain in my back, and the truth has helped me a lot. I love that it has vibration and warmth, because it helps to relax the muscles and feels very pleasant after a long day. The mat is soft and comfortable, I can use it on the bed, the sofa or my armchair. I like that it has different massage areas and the feeling is relaxing. I am very happy with my purchase and I recommend it for those looking for a moment of rest and relaxation at home.

It just vibrates. After a while gives a mild tingling feeling. Wouldn’t call it a message mat, but feels ok after a workout.

The material is soft, but the mechanisms that create the vibration (hard, plastic circles) poke through the cushion making it very uncomfortable to sit or lay on. One in particular, really irritates my sciatic nerve on the right side of my hip. I really wish the manufacturer could make those mechanisms softer, of the cushion around it more solid.

This is the best. He gives me a rich massage on the esoalda the legs and the neck is very rich what you feel and with that heat it is great 100 percent recommended
