301-1A-C-R1-U03 12VDC ( pack of 3) Review: All BRP Rotax-powered jet boats use two relays per engine, and the OEM OMROM relays, being designed for automotive 12v use, have a tight voltage operating range, and if your battery voltage drops even a bit under fully charged, these OEM relays will often not function properly, resulting in a no-start condition, or reducing the RPM maximum on the engines, even if they do manage to start. Repeated use of the OEM relays with low battery voltages will eventually degrade them, to the point the engines will not even start, possibly leaving you stranded, or dead in the water. These relays have a much wider range voltage spec, so work at lower voltages, and seem to last much longer in these boats as a result. (OEM relays are rated down to 10v minimum, these Song Chuan relays are rated to operate down to 6v!) I highly recommend all Rotax boat and Sea-Doo PWC owners keep a few of these on hand as spares, they are cheap insurance! You need two per engine in the Rotax-powered boats, most Sea-Doo PWC use one. As the founder of the global Chaparral Vortex jet-boat owner's group, I've recommended these many times to our group members, with good results, highly recommended. Review: As advertised.

Used this to replace a failing Omron G8V-RH-1A7T-R-DC12 relay in a Scarab jet boat.
