Why did you pick this product vs others?: I am 62 and been working at a desk for years. Along the way I have developed intermittent neck pain that radiates down the arm (caused by spinal stenosis) - been dealing with it for about 10 years now. I have been told by 2 separate neck doctors I am a candidate for neck surgery. In the past when the pain has flared up I have used neck traction along with ibuprofen and pain reliever. That eventually takes care of it, but sometimes takes longer than others. Found this product last time I began experiencing a flare up. Been taking 2-3 pills a day for over 2 months now and I believe it has helped. I don't wake up in the morning anymore with neck pain and I get through the day without issue. I have made no other lifestyle changes. My neck feels better. It really works - just need to be patient with it.

This supplement has always been a lifesaver for my husband’s back after his back surgery years ago. Now with degenerative disc disease, it will be even more important to help with his pain.

It’s not going to solve your lower back problem all the way. But it does help relieve some pain. I would say it’s a 30% reduction which is nice. I can tell a difference when I’m not taking it and I am going to reorder. Edit—I was getting nauseous after taking these and just thought it was normal but worth it for the back pain relief. Looks like the amount of manganese is well above the normal recommended amount and close to passing the safe daily maximum. So I won’t order again because of that. Just a heads up for anyone wanting to take these.

Works wonders!!!! Went to a chiropractor for about 4 months spending about 800 a month trying different things without much of a result. After a couple weeks of taking this item went from back paint so bad I could hardly function to minimal back pain to being able to function with a manageable amount of pain

Yes, I take this vitamin every day. Price is 5 dollars a bottle cheaper than my chiropractor so I’ll be buying more.
