ESR for iPad Pro 13 Inch (M5/M4) Case, Rebound Series, Black

For a price like that, I am completely satisfied for the past year with this cover! Way cheaper that others, and feels extra premium! It’s super thin, protective, lightweight, exact same size without miss measurements, the magnet works perfect, and you still have access to all outside buttons. It also protects your pen, and keeps it on the magnetic side, which means you’ll never lose it. I simply love it, and will always recommend it for whoever needs it.

I just upgraded from the 4th Gen iPad Air to the 7th Gen iPad Pro. I’ve had the iPad Air for the better part of 5 years, and have had this same case on it since day one. When I got the new iPad Pro, I didn’t bother shopping around for cases. I’ve been so beyond satisfied with the first one I purchased, that I knew I wanted the exact same one for my new iPad. If you’re looking for a high quality, minimal case, look no further. You will not find a better case for the price. In the years I’ve spent with the first one, I’ve never found myself wishing I had purchased something else. You get the same premium look and feel of the Apple folio case (which mind you, is 4x the price of this one) with the added benefit of the magnetic clasp that helps keep the pencil securely in place. Keep in mind that this is a borderless case, so don’t expect any sort of drop protection; but if like me, you use the iPad for work, school, or casual media viewing at home, this is a great case that will protect your investment from the day to day wear and tear of setting it down, transporting it in your bag etcetera. The magnets are strong, and it’s very steady when used as a stand. I often use sidecar with my iPad to extend the screen of my MacBook, and this case pairs great with that. The material feels great in the hands too. My original case (shown in the pictures) stood the test of time well. There is no part of it that has degraded or come apart in any way. All in all, I wouldn’t hesitate even for a moment to recommend this case to anyone looking for a practical and economical way to protect their iPad, while preserving the beauty of it’s design.

I bought this while trying to solve a very specific problem with my 13-inch iPad Pro. I use the Apple Magic Keyboard, but I don’t want my iPad completely unprotected every time I remove it from the keyboard. I also didn’t want to constantly take the iPad in and out of different protective cases depending on how I was using it. I have the Spigen Enzo case that is designed to remain on the iPad while using the Magic Keyboard. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that this ESR Rebound folio will also magnetically attach over the Spigen Enzo, so I can leave the protective case on the iPad. The combination works very well. The folio provides screen protection and a stand, while the Spigen continues protecting the edges and securely holding my Apple Pencil. The small flap on the ESR doesn’t close perfectly around the Spigen’s Pencil holder, but that didn’t bother me because the folio itself stays closed magnetically. I’m ultimately returning this only because I also tried a MOFT folio that works with my Spigen and offers more stand positions, which better fits my particular travel needs. If I hadn’t found that option, I would have happily kept the ESR. This is a really nice, simple solution for someone who wants to switch between the Magic Keyboard and a traditional folio without repeatedly removing their iPad from its protective case.

I actually think this is a very decent magnetic folio. The magnetic pull is strong and secures your ipad within the folio, and the flap holds the pencil in place. The sides are not covered, which I didn't mind because I do not have the habit of lugging my ipad around in my arms. So if you carry your ipad around a lot, pull it out in less safe spaces, this is not for you. But if you just need something to cover the front and back ipad to prevent from scuffing, and you don't shove it into a backpack but take good care to secure it, then I think this is a great product. It is sleek, light in weight, sturdy, and with the magnetic on and off, reduces mechanical wear of the unlock button. Folding the cover back also allows for a nice angle for writing on the ipad or propping it up to just view the screen. This would have been a great choice for me, but unfortunately I opted for the ESR case that wraps around the sides and back instead. This is because I realized I wasn't really a fan of the magnetic cover flap (the physical action of pulling the flap off and pulling the cover off the screen just was too time consuming for me as a student who wants to quickly pull out my tablet to take notes. I also would primarily use it for writing and not viewing, so propping it up was not as important for me at the moment. And in its open state, the pencil flap kind of lingering there was visually distracting for me. All in all, I really liked this folio and thought it achieved what was advertised, but after testing it, it just didn't align with my personal preferences. Really worth the price though, so it is just a matter of understanding your usage of your ipad to prevent accidents because this won't protect an ipad drop due to the exposed sides.

These are great. I’ve had three or four of them now. They do a great job of giving some protection to the iPad in a minimalist kind of way. Plus, we like the way it can be folded to allow the iPad to be upright on its side.

Let me start by saying I found this case to feel really good: light, high quality materials, and the colors (my wife got purple) are terrific. The flap to hold the pencil is a “must have” for any case lacking border protection. I am at a loss to understand how Apple can charge $60 more for a very similar quality case without it. Having said that, I want to note that ESR Customer Service has been exceptional in addressing original concerns I had about the consistency of the auto/wake sleep function. Not only did they offer to send a replacement, but they gave me a choice of their higher-end cases to try and keep, while refunding both myself and my wife for our original purchases (and keeping those as well). So, while I would give this very affordable case 4 stars, I have bumped up my overall rating to 5 stars based on the response from ESR. Moreover, I am extremely pleased with the much more expensive case I was provided at no cost and I would give that other style, the ESR Shift case, a 5-star rating on its own merits. The Shift case provides an unparalleled combination of drop protection, perfect fit, flexibility in screen position, versatility in orientation, pencil charging and storage, and fine overall quality. The entire Shift folio case IS heavy, but its ingenious design enables easy detachment of the iPad from the cover and magnetic back. Thus, it retains its TPU border and own back that, when separated from the rest of the complete case, is very light. Again, I could not be more pleased with the follow up and professionalism of the ESR customer service team (Zed in particular, was a highly competent and respectful representative). ESR has always been my choice for quality products at great value - and they will remain so in the future. They stand by their customers and want to “make things right” by going above and beyond.

I mostly use a Magic Keyboard case, but also wanted a folio case for when I am traveling with a MacBook and mostly just using my iPad for reading, notes, sidecar or Logic Remote. This is what I did with my old iPad Pro too, but the folio case I had to back then was nowhere near as nice as this one. I love that the case magnetically attaches and is so easy to remove, and requires no stress be put on the (insanely thin) tablet in order to do so - not something I can say for all cases! The magnetic strength seems high enough that I won’t worry about it. I just can’t overstate how nice it is to just pull this case off quickly and slap my tablet onto the Magic Keyboard case or magnetic mount that I also use with my iPad. I also like the material, which has more of a soft touch silicone feel instead of that horrible imitation leather that a lot use, it feels like it could be an official accessory, and like it will clean up good (which is good, because I got the white!). I’ll also mention here that the thing is very light and thin, and allows the iPad to still maintain its sleek, slender appeal and not take up much room in your bags. The little magnetic flap is surprisingly effective at keeping the cover closed and the pencil secured in charging position along the edge of the tablet. I also like how well it keeps the cover folder behind the iPad when it’s open - unlike other folio cases I’ve used, I can forget that it’s there, instead of constantly fumbling the flappy back edges in my hands while reading. Of course, the big trade off of minimalism with any kind of case is that the protection is limited. In this case, you get zero corner drop protection, and you’ll also need to be case of things scratching the exposed edges in your bag. Also, the case being so thin and light means that it’s not really anything that’s substantial enough help protect the iPad from being bent (from being sat on, or something crushing it in a bag). None of these things are a big concern for me though, based on my usage and how I transport it.

I like this cover because it is sleek, light, and attaches magnetically. I love this option because I can enjoy the touch and feel of the original iPad Pro without a cover.

Por el precio es un excelente alternativa por eso le doy 5 estrellas, viene con buen soporte y compatibilidad de apple con esto me refiero, al cerrar la funda se apaga el ipad, los imanes son fuertes, aqui viene lo no tan bueno o que puede mejorar, se ensucia muy facil me refiero a que todo deja manchas se ensucia muy facil, la durabilidad no es la mejor tampoco y el material no se siente de un producto premium lo cual resalta principlamente considerando es un ipad pro M5 un producto premium. Fuera de eso por el precio una excelente alternativa a la funda original de apple.

Superhülle für das iPad Pro 11 Zoll! Es gibt keinen Grund, die originale Hülle von Apple zu kaufen. Diese Hülle hat den Vorteil, dass die Bomben festhält und dass der Apple Pencil zusätzlich geschützt und festgehalten wird. Ich habe die originale Hülle von Apple jahrelang benutzt und jedes Mal, wenn ich auf Reisen gegangen bin, habe ich eine andere Hülle an mein iPad gemacht. Der Apple Pencil ist irgendwann abgefallen und leicht verbogen was mich total geärgert hat. Das wird mit dieser Hülle hier nicht passieren. Die Farbe grün ist wunderbar! Nicht knallig, sondern wirklich dezent und einfach schön.
