The video shows the ball position too high. The ball needs to be just be low the knee. How low can this be adjusted to?

Hi Eleazer, thanks for reaching out. The height can be adjusted by inserting the full head unit inside the tripod, however, it can't be as low as below the knee. The lowest setting will bring the ball to around 30 inches from the floor.

Can this be used for tennis?

Great product, easy to set up and use. Good for someone who already plays and is trying to work on top spin. We have had it a month or so and it has held up well. It is easily transported . It was a bit pricey but is good quality.
