One of the pair didn't work
Had to return this as one ear wasn't charging and therefore won't connect. The charger box also didn't hold the headphones in securely and I had to place a bit of paper in it to push the phones down enough to start charging. That when I finally realised one of them just doesn't work

Ear buds with hearing profiles and environment filters
It is such a great innovative product. My first one is beginning to have charge problems (battery longevity) and the company doesn't exist anymore. Truth be told, if a techie could offer repairs/battery replacements for Here One ear buds they'd be on to a winner
