Fun to shoot
Missing 2 pieces, not important ones, thankfully. Instructions are clear, but the build is difficult, as build goes all over the place, making it fall apart during the process. Bags of bricks are all over the place, they need to be organized by parts of build and not just all thrown together. Other than that, looks awesome and is a blast to shoot. Would buy other sets if all the pieces are made sure they aren't missing.

The Death Eagle!
The Death Eagle! lol, kick-a$$ name. Comes in a slew of little bags. Instructions not always 100% clear, but nothing I would call a show-stopper. My 8-year old put this together with me next to him serving in a consulting role - subject matter expert. Your kid isn't going to run around playing cops and robbers with this once assembled though. Obviously 50AE is too large a caliber for either role (would suggest 40 cal. or 9MM Luger for that), but more importantly, the gun is just a little too fragile once assembled. Would suggest displaying it on a shelf somewhere.

Desert Eagle is not functional, just a model.
This was a fun piece to put together for my 10 year old child. However, once completed it would not shoot the little plastic bullets. I feel like the Lego sets are much better quality, especially since the instructions were just like the Lego instructions. I feel like this should be labeled as only a model and not real working. As most of the other LEGO sets we purchase actually work, I feel like going to LEGO would be better for the monies spent on this.

Missing pieces
We cannot complete the project because we are missing pieces. If we want a replacement, we have to return the work weโve already done and start over.

High quality pieces. good instructions.
This is a high quality "lego-like" set. The pieces are sturdy. The instructions are good. We are half way through the build and it looks great. Can't wait to finish it. This is a high quality building set!

Desert eagle building set
This is pretty awesome. Looks fantastic. Easy to assemble. Was actually pretty fun to assemble for my nephew. Good size.
