Peace of Mind
I got this after going through the misery of losing my wallet. It is sturdy and easily slips into my wallet. It is well integrated into the Apple Find-My network. The charge lasts a couple of months on mine, and it is easy to recharge after getting the notification that the battery is low. Lots of customization options on how/when it alerts you. High quality, well-thought out product which I would purchase again.

LOUSY TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND PRODUCT
FOR GOD SAKES STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT. I bought this tracking card in May and this July. It no longer works . They dont have a support phone number so I emailed them. The good side they returned my email very quickly. I snet them the amazon invoice with the order # and my address. That wasny good enough. They want a video or photo of the problem and my address again so they can submit it to there team. They are trying to discourage you from continuing with the pronlem. They already have my address and whta good does it do to troublesoot from a black card. They they are going to submit it to their team. Does it reqiire a team to troubleshoot a $49 item. SO I DIS=D WHAT VTHEY PROBABLY WANTED I GAVE UP

Great product!
Despite a poor unpackaging experience, this seems to be a great product. It is very easy to connect with the Apple Find My app, and the tracking is spot on. It's really nice having the convince of an AirTag fit inside my wallet, but having the ability to recharge rather than replacing batteries.

Cheap garbage. Terrible battery life. Will not connect.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. This thing is absolute garbage! It is super easy to set up but the battery lasts about four days off of a charge. If you do lose your wallet chances are you won’t be able to find it with this because it likely lost connection within 10 minutes of setup. I had the card in one hand and phone in the other and got the “couldn’t connect”message (fully charged.) I tried to remove it from my items and re-add it but now it won’t even see the card to add to my items. I expected more from Ekster. They’ve really gone downhill these last couple of years. Oh , and if you buy this thing on Amazon you won’t be able to even file a warranty claim with Ekster. The “get product support” link on here takes you to their web page. You’ll enter your email and it will say that there are no orders from that email because (again) it was bought through THEIR store on Amazon

Defective product
I have been using this card for about a month, and I've had a regrettable experience with it: - It randomly disconnects and doesn't work from the app. - You have to be really close for it to beep. If you're far away from it, it won't beep. - It doesn't display the actual location of the card, but an approximate GPS coordinate. I must say I regret not getting just get a wallet that can hold an airtag. This card is really expensive for the tech you are getting.

Almost perfect
This is a great add-on for your wallet, especially if you have a slimline one! The only gripe (with total understanding for the technological limitations) is that it is really the thickness of 2 cards, not 1, so be aware when ordering if you have limited wallet space -- this is going to take the place of two cards. Otherwise it's been great so far, and love the fact that it beeps!

Good for 2 months
My initial thought of this card was, I loved it! It is slim and disappears into my wallet and connected seamlessly to Apple's Find My app. That was a huge plus for me. Now, 3 months later, it's a different story. Around the 2.5-month mark, Find My sends me an alert that the battery in the card was severely low, then it disconnected. Way less than the "6 months on one charge" in the description. I was on the road so there was nothing I could do. After charging it when I got back, it took about 20 mins to locate, then the beeping started. Now, it will beep randomly everyday as if it is trying to reconnect itself. Ekster's support is only helpful if you purchased through them. Their website claims: "If you have purchased a wallet from a third party, such as Amazon, Touch of Modern, Huckberry or others, your wallet is still covered under our 24 Month Warranty. However, the relevant third party will handle the replacement, so please reach out to them directly." However, if you pass the return window (1 month? from any of these sites, they redirect you to Ekster. This has the potential to be a great product, but I will not be ordering again.

Poor
Very disappointed with this. Gives false alerts that the wallet is not with you when it is. And once it’s in that state, it’s impossible to get the phone to see it again. You basically have to delete the device from Find My Items. Also is it supposed to warn you about low battery? Not sure. But again, once it’s run out of battery, and you charge it up, the phone doesn’t see it. So you’ve got delete it and re-add it. Terrible.

thickness 2.5mm, around stack of 3 credit cards
this is a credit card size tracker card, it compatibles to apple find my function, officially mfi-certified so it will work perfectly for future ios upgrade it’s exactly the same size as a credit card, the thickness is 2.5mm (around stack of 3 credits cards) very lightweight, just 13g, it fits to card holder or wallet without any problem, not even feel it there paired to my iphone in no time, natively supported by the find my function, just add a new “other item” in add menu, it works immediately the card now being tracked like an air tag, it has same feature as air tag like play sound, notify when left behind, also the lost mode; very useful to me, i may not be that easy to lost my wallet again one full charge could last 6 months, very convenient gadget, i’m very satisfied with this product, would recommend hope you find these information helpful

Struggled to get this to pair and battery ran out within days
I'll caveat my review in that I've been an Android user for the past 2 years, but had iPhones from 2010 to 2020. I still have an old SE gen 1, and SE gen 2 in the house, so I used the latter to add this air-tag equivalent to 'Find My'. I really struggled to get it added, the phone simply wouldn't find it. Went on the website to find reset instructions for the tag but still no dice. In the end, hard-rebooted the phone and gave it another go, and it was eventually found and added. We then went away on holiday for the week, and I came back to test whether the tag would still work. The battery was dead and the tag could not be found. Not sure if this is a one off, as it's only the second time I've charged it, but something I'm going to have to keep an eye on. Wondering whether lack of regular contact with other iPhones is causing battery drain on the tag. If so, won't be as useful for my intended purpose (a subtle/cheap means of adding a tracker to a car) as hoped.
