Nature's Path Organic Keto All-Purpose Flour, 16 oz (Pack of 1)

Only used it once so far, made great cookies! Better than Almond flour or Coconut flour (even when I blend almond/coconut). More to be revealed.

I never leave reviews but in this case, i am compelled to leave one. I frequently buy keto flour to make sugar free low carb cookies. This is the first time i tried this brand, i opened the bag and an off putting, detergent like/bile like smell hit me in the face. I thought maybe it only smells funky, lets give it a shot... unfortunately my chocolate chip cookies taste exactly like whatever that smell is. GROSS. So disappointing

Bakes like flour

the flax seeds are not ground well. I had to sift the flour and regind the flax. almost threw it away because I thought they were bugs.

Quality is very good and meets our keto needs. For baking, would appreciate larger packaging, better pricing.

I was torn between giving this 2 or 3 stars. I would not describe this as “all purpose” flour. I’m 72 and I’ve done a lot of baking over the years with a wide range of different types of flour. This flour is dark in color and has a texture that I would not use in many different types of baked goods. I made biscuits and they were tolerable but certainly not the consistency or taste you would get from all purpose flour. It might make some tasty yeast rolls but it’s not a texture you could sift or use for cakes, pastries or breads unless you like a texture that is denser than normal flours. Also, as one other reviewer stated, there is a chemical taste. It’s not too bad but not ideal for baking many types of baked goods. It also did not mix like an all purpose flour. In the end, I gave 2 stars mainly because I was disappointed based on the products description not matching the results I had working with it. I don’t plan on buying it again or recommending it to anyone else.
