Got it and it does grow fast.....just remember when you water the seed....water it enough so the grass can break through the dirt.

Seemed to work okay. I put it down on the spots that needed the most help and some areas took to the seeds, other areas have not. Probably beat used mixed with a fertilizer in the early stages of spring.

No sprouts: faulty, defective, without manufacturer honoring refund policy!
Buyer beware! This product had a 0% sprout rate. After weeks of carefully tending the newly seeded fill-in area, there was no result. I contacted Amazon and they said that all refunds were to be handled through the seller. The seller sent me through hoops and trails and still fought honoring their guarantee. They wanted proof of purchase that was not satisfied with the Amazon receipt. So I still tended the "lawn" without success. The company finally budged on their refund to allow a HALF refund. I totally recommend that you take caution in purchasing this faulty defective product. Now, even another month later there are no sprouts.

Great grass seed.
I found this Kentucky grass seed here on Amazon and after about 2 weeks my bare ground was sprouting green. I started off by raking the dirt down about 2 inches. Sread a heavy layer of seed and lightly relaxed. Watered twice a day all summer and now I have a very think lawn.

Did not show good growth after 2 weeks
After 14 days & turning 12 inches of soil and adding scotts soil w/ fertiizer and watering twice a day 15-20 percent growth was seen.
