Just what I needed for the boys. Works perfectly, not too big and seems to do exactly what expensive feeders do, so truly why spend more. It’s so easy to set up you almost don’t need the instructions. But worth reading as there is a lock button on the control pad you need to know about. Recording your voice to call your pet is so simple and you can keep rerecording your voice if necessary. There are 6 feeding slots which you can set the various times. So I set up 6 different times but left 3 of them as 0 portions of dried food so basically nothing comes out and recording doesn’t play on those 3. For the other 3 times I set up one portion per feed otherwise my boys would simply eat the lot in one go and then in turn throw it up. You can experiment on the portions and keep changing them as required which is brilliant. I experimented for a few days to see how they got on. My boys instantly took to it so no worries that it wasn’t their usual bowls. The cable is not overly long, fine for a plug nearby on the floor but I couldn’t get it to trail from the kitchen countertop socket to the floor. I didn’t want to use an extension lead so I just simply found a different place in the house. The lid is secured with a locking system so the cats can’t lift it off and means the dried food stays fresh. Overall truly delighted with this and highly recommend.

Works great, our cat has food insecurities due to being a stray previously, she can’t be trusted to graze but she gets hungry and anxious at 3am. This has stopped her waking us up for midnight snacks, but she has now worked out she can put her paw into the dispensing hole and fish out bits of kibble. She doesn’t seem to be abusing this ability so far, and she’s 15 so we let her get away with a lot, so it’s not enough of a problem for me to find a different feeder, but if you have smart, younger cats this might not be the right choice for you.

My son got one for his cat when he had to leave him overnight. He said it was great so when I needed to be away for a couple of nights I bought one for each of my cats. They worked so well. You can vary the amount released and set a number of feeds a day. I set small amounts regularly to prevent the greedy cat stealing it all and getting sick. At first the noise upset one cat but once she cottoned on to the fact it meant food was coming she was fine. I made sure to have it all running a few days before I went away to make sure it all went well. Once I understood how to set it up it was so easy to use. Looks great and seems like it will last. You can run it on batteries (3 D batteries so not cheap) or plugged in. I used batteries due to placement in my house and lack of points. Since returning I have reprogrammed to feed a small amount each day to keep the cats used to it whilst I feed them manually.

Great feeder. It was a bit of an impulsive idea to buy so I didn't want to go for one of the top of the range expensive feeders, and I'm glad I didn't because this works perfectly! The feeder has a wide range of portion sizes, and lots of timer slots. I've set mine up to dispense biscuits 4 times a day but you can programme more. Took a few days to work out the right portion sizes but that was expected and would vary between pets. It's very quick and easy to reprogramme so wasn't an issue. It's a great size and the battery or wired options makes placement really easy. My cat was suspicious at first but it didn't take long for him to accept it. He's still learning that the noise means more biscuits (ginger cat, hasn't had the braincell for quite some time). The top has little sliders that secure it so it's unlikely anyone without thumbs could open it. I can't compare to other automatic feeders as this is my first one, but I think it's great and could stand up to the more expensive ones.

The feed portions keep changing. My cat is on a specific amount of food daily, I measured the 6 portions and that was bang on what they could have fir the day. After a few days noticed there was a lot more food coming out, so weighed it and it was way over what it was before. I then dropped it down to 5 feeds, and the same thing happened again except it went from being the perfect amount to significantly under! Not reliable

Super simple and easy to use. Giving 5 stars because of what you get for the price (they work exactly how they are described and after going away for a few days, I came home to my cats well fed and alive!) Only thing I didn’t like about them is choosing how much food is in 1 portion as that is chosen for you, however, you can choose to feed your cat up to 9 portions in 1 go - which is comically excessive. If you are going away a lot, I would recommend you spend a bit more and get better feeders but for every now and then, these feeders do the job! Great self locking feature on the lids too, my cats couldn’t get in. Overall a great product, thank you!

Bought first one of these in October 2025 to set up feeding of car during week when not around. Easy to set up and timer (6 options great). All going well until notice at weekend food level not going down. Though maybe dry food stuck, but nothing there. Then tried scheduling a feed when empty and when time came round, the paddle / turntable that dispensed food just didn’t move at all. I’m assuming something in inner workings such as motor failed? Perhaps foolishly, but as we need to ensure cat fed, I’ve just spent same again ordering replacement which I hope lasts longer but have to say when it worked it was great but based on experience not very reliable ling term

I love it and my cat too! I love that it has up to 6 feeding time slots to set, possible to add different portions for each time slot, for my cat's food (royal canin sphynx) a portion is around 11g. Really leaves me at ease that he's getting food while I'm not home at certain hours and healthy amounts on contrary of before that I just left him a full bowl and he ate too much.

Bought three of these back in March and, as of writing, all of them still work perfectly! Admittedly, the only problem I've had was one being knocked over by a hungry cat but it was nothing a little velcro couldn't fix. Other than that, they're great! I originally got these to help my disabled father out while I house-sat for a friend but stuck with them due to the convenience. The set-up was relatively easy to learn and now can be done without instructions and quickly. I've never seen a meal be skipped, which thanks to the dual power supply, isn't a worry during power outages, either. Genuinely, I enjoy having these--they help save time, even when cleaning. Not to mention, they're a good value for the price, too! It's hard to beat for a little under $30 each (and, warranty included). So they're easy to recommend for a busy pet owner.

You can schedule up to 6 feedings per day and customize the portion size for each feeding, which is incredibly convenient for managing my cat’s diet. One feature I particularly appreciate is the slot for 3 D batteries, which ensures the feeder continues to operate even during power outages in case you are away. It does have a Microphone function but I didn't use it. Overall, despite the initial hiccup with the packaging, the feeder performs excellently and meets all my needs.
