Incredible machine. Solid glass material.

Smoke came out of the blender and it stopped working. It seems that the motor has burned out. How I can contact the supplier???

Powerful and good quality The only negative thing is Jar from glass and too heavy

I bought blender three months ago,unfortunately blender jar coupler got damaged. Its been one month i am trying to contact for warranty or atleast the spare part, but still nobody contacting me and i cannot use anymore the blender because of this. Worst experience.

Strong quality

two stars for quality of plastic used but it leaks every jar of it. i have been using it since a week or so now smallest jar leaks from down and middle jar leaks from upwards and big jar of glass which i haven't used it yet. middle jar is the one i have used it the most for different batters for cheela and ildi chatni and stuff like that. leaks always also its lock gets stuck every time. I wanted to return it but i have thrown all its covers thinking what could possibly go wrong here if it is working fine i mean the machine. generally had never seen this type leaking if jars anywhere.

Works perfectly even after a year

The blender broke just falling over on the counter and the base of the chopper cracked, all in less than a year.
