This bottle does a great job of enhancing the taste of ordinary water, turning it into a sweet, refreshing flavour that can be swapped easily whenever you want a change. It makes drinking water more enjoyable, especially for children. The bottle feels very durable and is fully leak-proof, so there are no unnecessary spills when it’s in a school bag or carried around. The lid is simple for kids to open and has a clean, modern design that looks great. Waste of money, product is an ok bottle, but doesn’t keep water that cold, the air-up system is noisy to use, and the flavours are lacking any flavour, and last no where near as long as advertised… I hate plain water, but this is probably training me to just drink plain water.. so job done in some respect… Can’t even return as it’s “used” a obviously it’s used.. I had to try it out.

This is a very strange but interesting product. I purchased this to start drinking more water to be more healthy. It does the job very well and the taste is very good. Bottle is made out of metal and so can keep water cold for long. The water flow is a bit slow however this is how it's been designed to give the highest flavour illusion. Overall a great product for those who are looking into drinking more plain water.

At first when I said I'd get my grandson one of these particular drinks containers as part of his Xmas gifts I thought about £20 like most of the ones he'd had in the past. To say I was taken aback wouldn't have been far from the truth. But I'd promised it so I duly paid for it and waited to see why it was more expensive. When he unwrapped it he gave it to me to look at, laughing at me all the while. There were samples of some flavourings to fit in with container that have a fruity taste to the water. And they really taste of the fruit they should be. A Also this very very clever container has been made so you don't have to tip your head back to take a drink. I don't know how it's been designed but it's flippin clever. And it is so so robust. This should last him for years....unless he loses it. Well worth what I paid for it. And I'd pay it again for my granddaughter if she ever wants one.

I was bias when I bought it. I heard many good things, had high expectations. Though when arriving, I immediatley realised. The bottle is not that big. The opening to the bottle is quarter the size of the bottle and that can't be filled with water. So the bottle is smaller when you fill it then what it appears to be. The packets aren't big either. There's not a lot of them and it's quite expensive if I wanna get more packets too. On the other hand. There is no lie in saying the bottle feels and is very sturdy. The bottle itself is worth a little less of its price but all the other add-ons make it disappointing. The biggest feature that failed was tricking me into believing I wasn't tasting just water. To be honest. It was water with a nice smell. It was still very much water. I could taste the water. Everything about it was water. I'm not saying I expected straight up juice. But it wasnt even a faint. It was just water.

I was sceptical at first, and thought it might be a ‘gimmick’ item, but I’m actually extremely happy. By no means does it taste like you’re drinking ‘cherry cola’ or ‘peach iced tea’ but it adds a subtle taste to the water - perfect if that’s what you’re looking for - excellent for keeping on top of your hydration. Bottle is lovely as well - no leak issues as described in other reviews.

Recieved mine with 5 mixed flavours, all have a suttle taste/smell (as this is to give your water a hint to make water seem like it tastes better) as someone who has always hated the taste (or lack of) of water... I can say this works! ... does it make the water taste like a strong volvic lemon and lime...no, but it does taste like a lightly flavoured water that makes it a lot better and has made me drink a lot more water. the bottle itself is great quality and sturdy. I would recommend to anyone wating a nicer way to consume water : )

De flexibele afsluitknop was goed aangedrukt en de flesstop goed afgesloten. In de rugzak was ze omgevallen en alle papieren waren nat. Enkel bruikbaar als je ze rechtop en staand vervoert : NOOIT neer leggen want het is aan de afsluiting niet volledig waterdicht.

Ho deciso di provare lo Starter Set della Air Up® Twist Pro Steel incuriosito dalla promessa di un'acqua aromatizzata in modo naturale e, soprattutto, dalla nuova struttura in acciaio inox. Dopo aver utilizzato per molto tempo le borracce termiche classiche, ero alla ricerca di qualcosa che unisse la tecnologia dei Pod alla capacità di mantenere l'acqua fresca per diverse ore, e su questo fronte il prodotto non delude affatto. Il punto di forza principale di questa versione Pro Steel è indubbiamente l'isolamento termico. Mentre la versione classica in plastica tende a far scaldare l'acqua in fretta sotto il sole, questa mantiene il freddo per circa 14 ore dichiarate, rendendola una compagna perfetta per le giornate in ufficio o le escursioni estive. La sensazione al tatto del metallo nero è solida, professionale e decisamente più "premium" rispetto ai modelli in Tritan. Inoltre, il tappo ermetico con sistema "Twist" è stato migliorato: la chiusura è sicura e non ho riscontrato perdite di acqua nello zaino, un problema che a volte affliggeva i modelli precedenti se non chiusi millimetricamente. Il sistema dei Pod inclusi (5 gusti diversi nello Starter Set) funziona esattamente come previsto: l'aroma viene percepito tramite l'olfatto retro-nasale mentre si beve, dando l'illusione di un'acqua aromatizzata senza però aggiungere zuccheri o additivi. È una soluzione geniale per chi fa fatica a bere la giusta quantità d'acqua giornaliera ma odia il sapore "insipido" dell'acqua naturale. La capacità di 480 ml è corretta per un uso urbano, bilanciando bene ingombro e autonomia. Tuttavia, ci sono alcuni aspetti pratici da tenere a mente. Il costo è sensibilmente più alto rispetto alle varianti in plastica, posizionandosi come un prodotto di fascia alta. Inoltre, l'acciaio aumenta il peso della borraccia: se cercate qualcosa di ultra-leggero per il trekking estremo, questa potrebbe risultare un po' massiccia. Un altro dettaglio riguarda la manutenzione: per far sì che il sistema di aspirazione funzioni sempre al meglio, bisogna assicurarsi che la cannuccia interna e il boccaglio siano inseriti perfettamente, altrimenti si rischia di aspirare troppa aria, riducendo l'efficacia del Pod. Infine, bisogna considerare che i Pod sono un costo ricorrente. Una volta finiti i 5 inclusi, bisognerà acquistarne di nuovi per continuare a godere dell'effetto aromatizzato. Se però l'obiettivo è bere di più ed eliminare le bibite zuccherate, l'investimento iniziale viene ammortizzato dalla qualità costruttiva del corpo in acciaio, che è praticamente eterno. In conclusione, la Air Up® Twist Pro Steel è la scelta ideale per chi vuole il massimo della tecnologia Air Up in una veste elegante e capace di mantenere le bevande fresche. È un prodotto maturo, bello da vedere e molto funzionale, perfetto anche come idea regalo "importante". Punti di forza: Ottima tenuta termica (fino a 14h di freddo reale). Materiali premium e design robusto in acciaio inox. Sistema dei Pod efficace per idratarsi con gusto senza zuccheri. Piccoli difetti: Prezzo d'acquisto più elevato rispetto alla versione standard. Peso superiore a causa della struttura in metallo.

Ich war anfangs skeptisch, aber die Air Up Flasche hat mich wirklich überzeugt. Der Geschmack ist bei richtiger Anwendung (Pod aktiviert, also nach oben gezogen und nicht leer) deutlich wahrnehmbar – mein Gehirn ist jedes Mal aufs Neue irritiert, wie normales Wasser plötzlich nach Geschmack XY schmeckt. Es ist wie eine olfaktorische Täuschung - aber im positiven Sinne: Ich trinke fast nur noch Wasser aus der Air Up Flasche und ersetze damit meine Plastik Sodaflaschen mit leichtem Frucht-Aroma. Die Flasche sieht gut aus, ist hochwertig verarbeitet und angenehm zu benutzen. Ein kleiner Nachteil (wie schon in anderen Rezensionen beschrieben): Sie ist minimal undicht, wenn man sie z. B. liegend transportiert. Da ich sie aber nur mit Wasser fülle, stört mich das kaum. Es leuchtet mir aber auch ein warum das so ist: Beim Trinken saugt man Wasser und Umgebungsluft durch den Duft-Pod, der auf das Mundstück der Flasche gesteckt wird. Durch den Strohhalm gelangt die aromatisierte Luft in den Rachenraum und von dort über die "Hintertür" in die Nase, wo sie vom Gehirn als Geschmack wahrgenommen wird - irgendwo muss ja die Umgebungsluft eingesaugt werden… Fazit: Eine innovative Idee, die tatsächlich funktioniert – ich trinke deutlich mehr Wasser, da es jetzt nicht mehr langweilig schmeckt.
