We now have 4 of these and we love them so much
i bought these for our vacation to Disneyworld/Orlando last year. We are very experienced amusement park guests, and always tote around sun block, snacks, water, cooling towels, etc. I wanted something compact to travel with. These worked great. Then I realized how lightweight they were! When we got home, I got rid of my regular go-to backpack and switched to this because I like how light it is. Some of our other backpacks are heavy without anything in them! Who wants that? Now, it's been over a year. The backpacks have become the 'basketball bag' for my one child, who puts his jersey, basketball, water and asthma inhaler in it for practice and games. The other child has used his for archery camp, soccer practice, and cub scouts. We've used them on trips locally to Universal Studios Hollywood and Disneyland. A year later and they are going strong. I had initially purchased them for 3 of the 4 family members... Well a month back I broke down and purchased one for myself too. I can't say enough good about them. They are sturdy and lightweight, pack well, have convenient pockets and are versatile. Yay!

Great backpack, sturdy, light weight, lots of compartments, works well!
Love these backpacks! I got 2 for my daughter who is in scouts and goes hiking and biking a lot. One for scouting and one for other activities. I got myself 2 for the same purposes and have since purchased a few to give as gifts. Light weight but very sturdy and durable. Lots of pockets, zippers work well, don’t get stuck, fits perfectly for my daughters smaller frame and for mine as well, very comfortable, doesn’t pull on my neck (forcing it forward) like some backpacks tend to do. Not a giant backpack, not sure how it would work if it was full of heavy books? Not sure if it could handle that? Haven’t tried. Washed great though, looks brand new again. Had a very caustic bug repellant spill in it and melted some of the things in it but it didn’t destroy the backpack. Deer will melt plastic but the backpack is still fine.

Good solid pack, almost perfect.
I really wanted to give this backpack a 5 star rating, however it was missing one crucial feature for it’s size, a hip/waiststrap. Perhaps shoulder straps with a chest strap works well for men, however woman should carry weight on our hips. Hiking with the pack when full, fatigued my shoulders and back. (I am a petite, but fit, 5’2”.) The pack was purchased in advance of a four-week birdwatching and hiking trip to Colombia. Durability-wise, the backpack performed well. I liked that the material was lightweight, while being tough, The pockets, straps and loops were adequate, and I appreciated options on how I packed my gear. I was able to carry a large camera, binoculars, rain gear, one quart water, snacks, outerwear, book, and other accessories with room to spare. Perhaps if I carried less weight, the pack would have been more comfortable without a waiststrap. It was perfect for the plane, and easily fit under my seat. Although, using as a carryon, it was even heavier and uncomfortable, as I needed to carry batteries and valuables, too. I like the pack well enough that I will probably invest the money in an after market waist/hip strap that will cost me 1/2 of what I paid for the pack! However I hope that Neekox will seriously consider adding a sewn hip strap with fasted buckle. (I would be very interested in field testing it, if they do!)

Great, cheap and surprisingly spacious
Honestly I have a few bags like this one that I've bought previously that I've been pretty disappointed with. They're all marketed as lightweight hiking bags but most I get are lightweight but that makes them also really really flimsy and often only last one or two trips. This one upon opening I was really impressed to see the quality of the stitching and the durability of the material. It is lightweight and it is compact but it still has so much space and oddly more support than I would have expected from a bag of its ilk. I really like the aesthetic of it and also have managed to fit in so much stuff without it being too heavy. I will say that like others have said it is still a lightweight bag so don't expect to put a laptop in it and then throw it around and have the laptop still be in one piece but if you treat it carefully with electronics it will hold and be functional. I enjoy it a lot and have already put it in my plans to bring it with me when I go hiking overseas next month.

Fantastic Backpack!
Bought this on a whim in case someone on our trip in the mountains wanted something separate from their carry-on travel backpacks when we were out and about. I ended up using it every day for every outdoor activity we did and it was amazing. Super light, tons of pockets, sturdy. The only thing I wished it would have had was on one heavy hiking day, a waist strap would have been nice. But I wouldn't hold off on buying this one just because of that. I will be getting one of these for the whole family for our next trip. When it was time to come home, I just folded it back up into its little case. Fabulous. I have a great Lululemon backpack I got years ago that has always been my go-to for travel or outdoors but from now on I will only be using it for things in town...it weighs like 3+ pounds empty compared to this weightless adventure pack. That featherweight makes all the difference on a long day of hiking, biking, etc.

Perfect for a small day pack
This is my second one and I really like them. I wore out the first one. I use them when traveling as a lightweight day pack. For the plane and other travel between cities I have a larger and sturdier day pack and just fold this one up and pack in the suitcase. Then when unpacked at the lodging I put just a few essentials in this like water, sweater, etc. and wear it around for the day. Also good to put small purchases in while you're out exploring a city. The first one I bought is still fine, but they are very lightweight material and after much use the inner lining began to slightly peel away. Didn't make it unusable at all I just wanted a new one. Otherwise the zippers and other features never failed.

Great fold up pack.
I bought this to take hiking in Yellowstone. Great pack. Folds into a nice small bag which took up little space on my flights carry-on bag. Opens into a nice size for sweatshirts, walking stick, water, ect. Sturdy enough and I liked the size of the water bottle holders on the sides. They were secure and never fell out. I would purchase again.

Generally good but no back padding
Cons: It is indeed the lightest backpack ever but it is that light because the back doesn't have any padding whatsoever. You can work around this with smart packing but it's a bit annoying. The back has a separate pocket where I generally want to put my laptop. My laptop who's heavy pointy edges are now digging into my back. No waist strap either which is doable but I wish it was there sometimes. Plus sides: very roomy, I can fit all of my days necessities, lunch, snacks and more. Water resistant, good fabric. Has survived my less than gentle ways for roughly a month now without ripping, being scratched, etc. Zippers are of good quality, they generally don't get stuck.

Sehr leichter Rucksack - praktisch zusammenfaltbar
