The taste is great and you definitely have more energy on your lifts. This helps get that few extra reps in. The only issue that I had with it is that it would sometimes make me feel a bit jittery like I had a whole lot of coffee. This can be expected but sometimes is a bit off putting.

I'll give 5 star for the new flavors but only 3 stars because of now containing caffeine. I bought the original formula often because I have high blood pressure and am sensitive to niacin and this has no niacin. Now, I have to monitor my blood pressure from all the caffeine, not to mention literally run to the bathroom 3 or 4 times after I drink it.

I really love this product! It tastes great (not super artificial like a lot of other preworkouts) and it helped fuel my workout without feeling jittery or bothering my stomach. My husband turned me on to this brand and so far I have tried the watermelon preworkout and the salted caramel protein powder, both of which I really like!
