Not much cold relief
I bought this to replace another cold therapy wrap I'd had before; sadly, while comfortably to wear, the coldness is minimal and therefore, so is the relief. I was using it following a wrist operation to relieve swelling and pain, something my previous cold wrap did brilliantly. It's also very long and tricky to wrap and secure around the wrist. This product will help with some issues, I'm sure, and the price is small, but there are better models out there.

Good piece of first aid kit
Bought this for first aid use at a school to use for nosebleeds! Perfect for bridge of nose and I'm sure will be a useful addition to the supplies! Thank you :-)
