The is the best Ice Maker I have owned in a long time. it makes so much ice and so little time. It makes a ton of ice and whatever you don't use melts back into the reservoir and makes ice again. It has a self-cleaning mode that works amazingly. I have not had any leakage with it at all, knock on wood lol. Fits my needs and integrates smoothly with my setup. Super satisfying to use and I reach for it every day!

We've had this ice maker for about 2 weeks and we love it. No issues for far. Easy set up and the ice is perfect for our needs. The ice does melt a little fast in the cup but keeps the water cold and it despenses fast, so i just keep filling up the cup. So far it has worked for a family of 3 with consistent use. I think 4 people, the ice would run out fast depending on how much you use. We use alot of ice.

We purchased this machine in August of 2025. We followed all instructions on care including the once a month cleaning cycle with the cleaning product sold by the same company. Within 6 months it wasn’t working properly. At first it just wasn’t freezing the water but soon after it started making a horrible noise when plugged in and trying to make ice (with no ice being made). An electrical problem? Unknown. We contacted Amazon who said we had to go through the company directly. We contacted the company directly and they responded quickly and wanted proof of the noise and invoice for the purchase. I sent them video of the machine making the noise and the receipt to confirm purchase. They did agree to replace the item. Fast forward to delivery… when we opened the box to finally set our “new” machine back on the counter, it was disgusting. The box looked old and used and re-taped. The machine itself looks like it has been sitting outside for years. It is covered in dirt, scratches and other dirty marks. The styrofoam had filth all over it as well. You can tell immediately not only is it not a “new” machine but this machine has not been cleaned or refurbished. Pics attached. We have contacted Amazon who has again told us to go through the company and are currently waiting to hear back. At this point we just want a refund. An ice machine shouldn’t be this much of a headache. I would never buy from this company again. **stainless steel video is the original machine we had making the noise. A great ice maker for couples. I really like this ice maker because it’s enough for my fiancé and myself. We both use 32oz cups or bigger for water or juice and we like to have ice filling either halfway or all the way up our cups. This is the perfect ice maker for us. It isn’t noisy or frustrating and the self cleaning is great for easy cleaning. The ice texture is fantastic if you like chewing ice as well. Some days the ice would melt kind of quickly tho so keep that in mind if you plan to use it outside while having a bbq or something like that.

UPDATE: This product is wonderful. I did not initially clean it as well as I should have, nor as often as was recommended in the instructions. The build up was lime/calcium deposits. I’ve been enjoying my ice since I learned how to properly clean and maintain it. The noise however did increase with time. I’ve owned it for over a year now. It’s a good product -just be sure to clean it as instructed. The leaking was from accidentally dislodging the tube that allows water to empty from the top chamber to the bottom. I fixed it. ——- LASTED LESS THAN 7 MONTHS before becoming garbage and a health hazard! Product is loud, leaks all over the counter, and I’ve found chunks of plastic floating in the ice and water basin! I have NEVER written an Amazon review, but this is a hazard!! I initially loved this product, so I’m very upset with this outcome. It has always made a low humming noise, but steadily grew louder over the last few months. I didn’t mind as it was tolerable, but now it’s so loud that I cannot hear the TV without turning the ice machine off. You can hear it in the video. I regularly clean it to avoid mold, have never dropped or harshly handled the product, and I’ve followed the instruction manual. A few days ago, I discovered hard white almost plastic like chunks floating in the ice and my water basin. No matter how much I rinsed it out with fresh water more and more chunks continue to flow out. 🤢🤢🤢 After getting most of the chunks out, I filled the basin only to discover that the noise has risen EVEN LOUDER AND THE BOTTOM WAS RAPIDLY LEAKING all over my counter! There are no visible cracks, brakes, or loose screws. I should’ve listened to the other reviews when they talked about the noise and plastic chunk issues. NOT ONLY IS THE MACHINE BROKEN BUT IVE BEEN INGESTING HARD PLASTIC CHUNKS!?!? An absolute health hazard!! I want my money back or a reliable replacement. This really was a wonderful product when it was working and not emitting weird materials and leaking all over the place.

This ice maker makes the good and chewy ice. It does not take long to make a full bucket. It is easy to refill the water reservoir and dump the bucket. It is not loud at all. Highly recommend

I gave this purchase as a gift, and all I hear is that it's a great product! The ice can be made in two different forms, and it takes no time to produce. That sounds like a happy recipient to me!

Pros: set up is quick and easy, it just goes through its initial self-clean cycle which takes about 15 minutes, and emptying it is also easy. You just pull the little tab on the bottom (over a sink) and it drains fast. Once it’s refilled it will immediately start making ice, so it’s quick. Within about an hour you’ll have ice ready. If you leave it for a few hours the basket will be full. And it doesn’t take a lot of water, when you fill it to the mark, it will continue to make ice until the sensor tells you it’s full. Once that area is cleared it will immediately start again. So it’s quick and efficient and does exactly what it’s supposed to do. Cons: if you want long-lasting, chunky ice, this isn’t your machine! I prepped an iced coffee the night before I needed it, put it in the refrigerator, added ice the next morning and within five minutes it had melted even though the coffee was cold. So that was a disappointment. I have a stainless steel water flask that keeps cubed tray ice frozen all night and well into the next day. When I put in ice from my new machine it was melted within half an hour. So yes, it is “nugget” ice as described but it’s pretty tiny and will not last long. I’ll have to get a different model or just stick to ice trays. Also, the machine is kind of loud. If your kitchen is closed off, you may not hear the motor. If you have an open-concept living area (which most homes do, these days) you’ll definitely notice the noise.
