I’ve purchased this item several time and they are not cheep but the chocolate is always melted and discolored . I like the item but the melted and discolaration is discusting. I would like to know why is this happening because I don’t think I will buy this again and 20. Is to much for this item that comes to my house like this??

My kiddo loves these cookies, but this time cookies arrived looking weird (I assume temperature changes affected the look). However, there's no expiration date on package, so I am not sure if they are still safe to eat.
