Bought this iron supplement for my daughter because she’s anemic. And I can say that it’s effective! It helped with her energy. She is not lethargic anymore. Before taking this, she cannot even walk a mile, without feeling out of breath. And she will always sleep all day. But now she’s full of energy all day! It’s easy to use. Easy to swallow. Although it has a weird taste. But because it has Vit C, it’s good! No side effects for my daughter.

I went from anemic to healthy iron levels over the course of 3 months without any negative side effects. This supplement is awesome.

Serves the purpose. Third party tested and inexpensive. I have to take them twice a day for at least 3 months. 250 tablets. Iron makes me incredibly nauseous, so I take them with toast and jam or a banana.

Great, but my main complaint is that they taste and smell bad, which makes them difficult to swallow. I also have trouble just putting them in my pill case because the smell is so strong. My suggested change to the product would be to coat them so they're easier to handle. I think the value is good, and I'm glad they combined the iron with vitamin C to aid absorption. I haven't noticed any specific difference in energy because I've only been taking them for about a week, and my levels are rather resistant to change in general. Also, I don't have a problem with it myself, but the pills are rather large, which could pose a problem for children or people who have trouble taking pills. I think if they can't be compressed, a more streamlined shape would be better. I would still recommend them to buyers because of the vitamin C and value, but if either of the issues is a problem, I think you'd be better off with something else.

This pill doesn’t bother my stomach. A lot of iron pills make me nauseous so it’s nice to have found one that doesn’t. I was told to take iron with orange juice and because I can’t have the acidity the vitamin c in this pill helps fulfill that without issues. There’s no taste to the pill and the size is easy to swallow. Overall a good choice!

My doctor recommended this dosage and formulation after blood tests showed that my iron and ferritin were low. After 2 months the iron level in my blood was in normal range, but ferritin was not tested because it will take at least 6 months for my iron stores to replenish.

Product is exactly as described, sealed properly yet easy to open and properly labeled. Size of tablet is just right for swallowing and no aftertaste.
