Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra 5G, US Version, 256GB, Titanium Black - Unlocked (Renewed)

I just received this last night and I'm pretty happy with it so far. This is the first time buying a refurbished phone or any unlocked phone, so was slightly concerned but it looks good and is working great. The bad, if I want to nitpick: There is one little, maybe 1/8", scratch on the screen that I noted in the picture. It is not at all noticeable when the phone is on and I had to try to even capture it in a photo with the phone off. It sits so low on the screen that I will probably never even feel it during normal operation. The good, everything works and is in great shape other than the tiny scratch. Every function test through the Samsung Members app checks out. The Battery test shows it as "Good" and is down to only 82% today after running it all day with the screen appearance cranked to max so pretty sure that isn't going to be a problem. All buttons feel good with solid response and no visible signs that the screen was removed or replaced. It appears to be a carrier unlocked phone originally with AT&T, gauging from the splash screen. I was able to just put my old Verizon SIM card in and that prompted to switch the carrier software over so now it appears like any other verizon phone on startup. I didn't have any problem with it still being a locked phone and didn't need to contact any carrier to perform the switch over. Data transfer was also easy using Samsung Smart Switch, aside from a lot of photos and music I decided to transfer manually off the old sdcard from the old Note9 because hundreds of gigs is going to take a while. But all apps and data so far appear to have come over seamlessly. I had been looking at the S26 Ultra as well as an upgrade but decided I wasn't ready to give up on a bluetooth S-pen yet. Under $700 taxed and shipped was a pretty good deal for this phone and it is still a very large upgrade from my old phone. I will probably buy another few year old refurbished phone again once this reaches end of life support on updates. Direct Certified was the seller on this and I would recommend.

I purchased a renewed Galaxy S24 Ultra from thegizmotrader-renewed, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The phone arrived in excellent condition and looked practically brand new. After using it for more than one month, I can say that it has worked flawlessly. I haven't experienced any problems, defects, or unexpected issues, and everything works exactly as it should. For a renewed phone, the condition and performance have been much better than I expected. It was an excellent purchase and I would definitely consider buying from this seller again. So this has been a long time coming well over a year actually going on 2 years. I bought this phone as a Christmas gift to me. I had the money to buy a brand new phone and would have paid an additional $250 or $300 to make sure my phone worked as it supposed to. My phone was already giving me issues with the power with glitching, turning off and on on its own. I contacted the seller about and of course didn't receive a response and of course it was days past the 90 days that you have to return or exchange an item. Which I think was done on purpose. So I contact the seller no response then I contact Amazon then of course I contact Samsung and they would have replaced my phone etc because there is a limited one year warranty but I was under the impression that this phone was brand new and come to find out the owner had had it for months before they put it up to sale. I did know what a refurbished phone is. Anyways I take it to a shop of course to have it looked at. It needed a new antenna cuz one of the antennas was damaged there's two of them the charging port needed to be changed now that I'm saying this now remember it was also the speaker issue no one could hear me talk on the phone unless I have my headphones in so the earpiece was not working if I hold the phone up to my ear or if I put it on speaker phone they could not hear me. And of course what's the point of the phone if none of those work. So before I took it to the shop I'm thinking as I stated I bought a brand new phone I've had the Galaxy models since the S3 I was with Sprint I had blackberries that's how much I like the droids never been an iPhone person so I've had phones before the three the five and then you get to the knot the seven the nine I have the 11 and they've all gone underwater you can go up to what 25 m or 25 ft for approximately 25 minutes and you'll be okay it's gone under pool water and chlorine I'm not new to this and they've been just fine and with these last two models I've had the 22 and now the 24 they've changed where now you don't even have to wait for the phone to dry out before you're able to charge it sometimes. Sorry this is so long but I just want to be specific and let people know that I'm just not out to get my money back or I don't do reviews and I specially don't like doing bad reviews because I try to understand that this is these people's livelihoods this is their business and I would never want to mess with anyone's business but what I just shout this much money and then I get no help is definitely a problem. So as I was saying I went to the pool cuz I live here in Vegas and I wanted to see what I look like underwater dancing soon as I put my phone underwater it completely went black it wasn't even in the water for 2 seconds I brought it up nothing. But when I removed my case which it's an OtterBox case. Very good I've used them for years the whole back of my phone was open. Now mind you this phone never been in water and even if I dropped it without a case there's no reason why the back of my phone should become unglued which means that this wasn't a brand new phone and whatever glue or whatever they used to fix it was definitely cheap and not up to standards. I immediately took it to the repair shop. Antenna is messed up had issues since then I bought it and had only had the phone for about 7 or 8 months after the initial 2 months of having issues and finally contacting the seller. Of course they were not helpful. Of course 90 day window courses just in time AFTER my phone really is broken and it's ridiculous it's really sad all because of seller was not upfront with the details of what they're selling.

I'm so happy, I've wanted this phone for a whileeeee, & took me a whileeee to finally save up & with tax it came to $916.00. The battery life is awesome! Like i stay at 100% for a long time & stay in the 95+% percent for longer than i ever thought & longer than i ever experienced on any of my other devices/tablets/nintendo switch, etc! I was scared it wasn't going to be fully unlocked buying from a new seller & reading reviews on amazon on other sellers & how much i was paying but IT WAS UNLOCKED. My sim worked in it right away. Shipping speed was so much FASTER than expected delivery date! My expected delivery date was December 10, 2024 but i believe i got a text that i had a package to pick up at my local post office December 5, 2024 after noon. So it came 5 days earlier. It actually came BEFORE my phone case & my phone case was sopposed to come first! If anyone is curious about the phone case i have on it is the i-Blasion Cosmo Magsafe case w/ built in screen protector & camera cover & kick stand for Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. Phone connected to my Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 44mm & my Samsung Galaxy buds 2 pretty fast. Display is big & flawless. Functionality is better than I expected, it looks amazing and there are no scratches and no blemishes. Phone looks and works like it is brand new so far so good... i haven't had it but alittle over a week or maybe 8ish days & so far so great 👍 👌 😌. I was scared at first because this was all the money I had so I had to find a seller that was honest & a phone that was in like new condition & actually matched that description & was scared I would get a phone was not fully unlocked or that had scratches especially buying from a seller for the first time. This seller was honest. I spoke with in message before and after order & they told me it was in like new condition. I'm upgrading from the 2020 Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G that I dropped & cracked the screen this was a HUGE upgrade for me! Only thing that made me nervous on the first day was when I started charging the device straight out of the box the phone started getting noticeably warm but not hot in the middle of the phone on the back but it went away when I turned my screen light down a bit, turned on battery saver, & tweaked a few settings in the phone, so I'll be keeping an eye pm that but so far since that one time everything has been good for the 8 days I've had it. Will be buying again from this seller. As I need a new phone for my son & my partner. Seller was nice, sent replies relatively quickly & was informative! The value for money was well spent. I'm beyond happy.

The Quality of the phone is solid. It looks brand new. UPSIDE/INFO: - No scratches - No buttons that feel clunky - No dust or dirt on it - The sound and screen are clear, and even the lenses have no smudges or scratches - Truly unlocked and can work with most carriers - The reason to get the 1TB is that this phone can capture 8k footage, which will take a lot of space, even 4k. - This has no external Memory, so you can't just pop in an SD card to add more storage, so that is another reason I got the 1TB - Having a stylus is a plus for me and it's Bluetooth. Being able to scroll or wipe with the S Pen reduces smudges and allows for hands-free use. - The S pen feels brand new as well - You can do eSIM or use a physical SIM card. - Battery life is good, but it's also a learning curve to maximize your battery life. - Magnetic charge/ so you can charge it from the back of your phone or regularly with a cable. Down Side/NOTES - NO EXTERNAL STORAGE. CANNOT EXPAND YOUR STORAGE AT ALL. STORAGE IS ALL ON THE DEVICE ITSELF./RECOMMEND GETTING THE 1TB STORAGE - DOESN'T COME WITH A SAMSUNG GALAXY S24 ULTRA BOX, JUST COMES IN A PACKAGE AND A FILM COVER FOR THE CAMERA LENSES, SCREEN, USB CHARGING CABLE, AND PLUG. ALSO COMES WITH A PIN ENJECTOR FOR PUTTING YOUR SIM CARD./RECOMMENDED TO BUY A NEW CHARGING CABLE OR PLUG BECAUSE THE ONE THEY GAVE ME CHARGED MY PHONE DIDN'T CHARGE FAST AND SAID IT WILL TAKE 6-8 HOURS TO FULLY CHARGE. - REASON I GOT THIS INSTEAD OF THE S25 ULTRA 1. CHEAPER 2. I WANTED A STYLUS BUT ALSO WANTED IT TO BE MORE THAN THAT, WHICH THE S25 ULTRA ONLY MADE IT A STYLUS 3. S24 ULTRA JUST HAS FEATURES THAT I LIKE.

So ive been thinking of getting an S24 Ultra for some time now, was waiting for some kind of deal but really you only see decent deals for trade ins and even then your phone has to be decently new to get something substantial. Buying the phone from Verizon requires you to either get the ridiculously expensive and unnecessary highest plan they offer and be locked into it for 36 months, not for me. Purchasing the phone with 512GB anywhere is between 1200-1300 dollars new. So I stumbled upon Amazon renewed through Celltraders. I figured I would take a gamble, if I saw anything alarming like damage or anything non working I had enough faith in Amazons return process to give it a go. I paid the extra 10 dollars to get expidited shipping (which I would not recommend since it comes with basically no guarantee as it was delayed, did not get delivered on the Saturday, or Sunday, and instead tried to be delivered on Monday with signature required while I was at work) Lesson learned, dont bother with the expidited shipping if you are east coast as it is coming from Brooklyn NY. Ok, so the phone is ordered, I finally navigate the issues that are the USPS (not at all the fault of Celltraders or Amazon in my opinion) I receive the phone and it comes in a generic white box, generic brick and wire and a sim card tool. BUT to my surprise, the phone is in perfect condition. I could not find a single scratch, mark, skuff, blemish to call out. It came shipped wrapped in buble wrap and a plastic screen protector to help during transit. Immedietly took the phone, slapped a tempered glass screen protector and case on it and it is basically brand new. I set up the phone using smart switch and checked the battery to see it was in perfect condition. Overall I am surprised that it appears to be a brand new phone, no indications that something was replaced or amiss, doesnt even look like it was used once. I almost think it was purchased, tried out and someone returned it (probably coming from an Isheep and had to go back) . Essentially I was able to get the 512Gb version for $1000 and the only "sacrifice" I made was not getting the original Box, booklet or cord. I bought my own 45w brick and cords from Anker so this was irrelevant to me. I had a good experience and would do this again, but you also have to be prepared to set up the phone yourself, transfer data over yourself, activate the sim yourself (either by swapping your old one in there or going to the store to get a new one). So it is not as intiuitive as just buying from the Verizon store or whatever Cell phone provider you use, but it sure does save you money doing it this way. But you are taking a gamble as one previous review states, and if something is wrong you have to pay return shipping. Hopefully if you pull the trigger you have no issues like I did.

Need to upgrade my phone. Was a very good price compared to other websites. Came in brand new condition. The camera I was blown away how good the quality was compared to my old device. Just as good as the iPhone 17. The battery life last considerably longer. The color quality can be adjusted to be more vibrant. Very quick functioning screen, and switches between apps and scrolls very quickly. Very easy to use and operate, with lots of customization options. Would totally recommend, can't beat the price and quality

I was a little nervous about buying a renewed phone, but I'm extremely happy with this purchase. The phone arrived in excellent condition and works perfectly. It only has a couple of very small scratches on the bottom edge that are barely noticeable and do not affect the overall appearance. The display is flawless, the cameras are outstanding, and the battery life has been excellent. Everything works exactly as it should. I also carefully inspected the phone and found no signs of previous repairs, replaced internal components, or tampering. It feels and performs like a genuine Samsung device. I was especially happy to receive the SM-S928U1 Factory Unlocked model, which is Samsung's official factory unlocked version and works perfectly with my carrier. Overall, the phone looks and performs almost like new. It was packaged well, arrived safely, and exceeded my expectations. I would definitely buy from this seller again.

Tenía mis dudas por ser reacondicionado y por todos los comentarios de a quien no le ha ido tan bien. Me espere a usarlo varios meses y puedo decir que estoy muy satisfecha, fue un pago justo y a mi alcance. Francamente no note algun daño en la estructura física, la huella si me la detecta sin problema en la pantalla. Al momento de configurarlo, actualizarlo y usarlo ha funcionado bastante bien. Es dual nano chip , asi que uso los 2 slots físicos con diferentes compañías telefónicas y me las ha detectado sin problema alguno. Eso si, compre un cargador porque el que viene no es rápido, ni original. Llevo años usando samsung y estoy muy satisfecha como usuario. Otro punto, es que tenia miedo de que no llegara el producto y me entregaran algo que no es lo que pedi, es decir, que se lo roboran en el envío. Tome mis precauciones, grabe todo, desde la entrega por parte del repartidor, al parecer Amazon tiene un embalaje de mayor sellado y con contraseña cuando son productos caros, no tuve problema. Lo recomiendo, mi experiencia ha sido satisfactoria
