I’m a large lady so I need a chair that’s comfortable and sturdy. I look through loads of listings before choosing this, it was by far the best. It is rather bulky so don’t expect some small, light bag to carry because it is quite weighty but not to the point where it’s impossible to hold. I don’t have a garden and bought this so I could meet my daughter in the local park for a socially distanced catch up and picnic. I carried it for about 5 minutes and it was easily manageable, either over the shoulder or carrying it by hand. Set up is a breeze, out of the bag and ready in seconds, same with putting it away, there’s plenty of room in the bag so you’re not trying to squeeze it back in. It’s padded, so very comfortable to sit on and the cup holder is great for drinks or to put my phone in. The arm rests are nice and wide so sitting relaxing in the sun was a pleasure. A minor gripe is the lack of a rear pocket which would have been super handy to store the carrying bag. Given the price, the comfort and quality it definitely deserves full mark, highly recommended. Great chair. Really comfortable as it was wider than the normal. Slighter higher from ground than a normal chair so helpful to get in and out . Would buy another.

The chair is great, its sturdy and you dont feel like its going to break when you sit in it. It is a bit bulky to carry but it is lightweight and I found it fine to carry on my back. The only issue is the bag, I can see already that the stitching is coming away and I have only used it during my holiday so I can see this will tear. Thats the only issue. I would definitely recommend this chair.

After buying 2 cheap camp chairs from asda a few years ago and realising it couldn't sit in them for longer than 20mins, I decided to find the comfiest chairs I could find and afford. These chairs are amazing! I haven't actually taken them camping yet (very soon I'll email testing them out) but I did plonk myself in one in my kitchen whilst chatting to a friend for over an hour. They were comfy and supportive and I didn't feel scared that they were going to collapse on me. I'm of a robust, cuddly proportion and it supported me. The arms rests also seemed to do their job well, though I didn't use them much. Easy to use, literally just folds out or folds back up when finished using. Carry case is a nice added bonus. Yes, they're a bit larger than standard camp chairs, but that's what I like about them, my backside doesn't need to squeeze into it. Also, I'm short, so I don't feel as though it doesn't support my upper back - had read in previous reviews about it not coming high enough or the top part not having supports so just bends when you lean on it. I didn't find this to be the case but then I wasn't trying to put my head back on it. I think it's a fantastic chair and I highly recommend it 😊

I'm absolutely over the moon with this chair. Having had several folding/camping chairs previously, the mrs is always after the "cheapo" things to save money but quite happy to repeatedly buy new ones after they consistently brake. I'm more of a "buy right first time" person and it will last. Being an 18.5st fella, everytime I sat on my old chairs from the local factory shop, everybody from our extended camping family took a deep breath as I say down on it gingerly. Finally after 3 camping trips, it collapsed and I ended up in a heap on the floor much to the amusement of everybody. The Vango Goliath I can tell from the offset is as sturdy as they come and at an incredibly generous price, its by no means the most expensive either. The bag that it folds into, the strap is long enough to go right over your chest making it much easier to carry without needing shoulders the size of pencils :) My only complaint is that the height of the seat part is a little high for me not making it ergonomically comfortable behind my knee's as I get the feeling that the blood flow is somewhat restricted. I'm sure though that somebody with a slightly higher lower leg upto the knee or not as heavy as me wouldn't have this issue. I would still recommend this chair 500%

Haben heute die Stühle das erste Mal benutzt. Man sitzt super bequem auch mit mehr Gewicht. Leider ist schon beim ersten Transport die Naht gerissen, an welcher der Tragegriff befestigt ist. Das hat mich sehr geärgert. Sehr schlechte Verarbeitung an der Stelle.😥😥 Muss jetzt sehen, wie ich es einigermaßen schön repariert bekomme, da der Stoff schlecht gefasst ist.

La descripción del artículo es mentira, peso mucho menos de lo que dice soportar y se doblo la estructura metálica durante el primer uso. Además fue justo un día después de que terminase el periodo de devolución y he perdido el dinero. Estoy muy disgustado.
