Good gift for pre-teen and teen girls
Bought for my 12 year old foster daughter, my 12 year old god-daughter, and two 17 year old nieces. Excellent information and perspective for older girls, teens, and young women, but not always accessible to my daughter (who does read below grade level). Workbook sections weren't taken very seriously by any of the girls I bought for, but they all gained insights into themselves and the fact that everyone they meet may have a different perspective, which can still be valued and respected.

Best leadership book I've read in years
Love Julie Foudy and everything about this book. I read it, my two girls (12 and 14) read it, we ordered a copy for an entire soccer team, we've given it as birthday gifts and thank you gifts. Equally applicable to my career as to my girls navigating middle and high school. It is insightful while be accessible. Kudos!

Wonderful book for teenage girls!
I bought this for my granddaughter who is getting ready to start high school. I have not given it to her yet as it is a present but I have read the book and it has a wonderful message for teenage girls about believing in yourselves and choosing the things that matter.

AWESOME BOOK-A MUST READ FOR PRE-TEENS, TEENS AND YOUNG ADULTS!
This book is wonderful. If you have a daughter, niece, or know of any young lady;GET THEM THIS BOOK!! Easy and enjoyable read. And really it's not just for girls, boys will get something out of it too. I bought 10 books to give away as gifts.

20+ year soccer coach
Soccer is the vehicle and the team's "success" is only as good as it's uniquely different leaders (which is every single team member). Foudy is "on point" in so many ways. Finally a book for (female) soccer players (or any athlete) by a (female) soccer player. "One book-One team"
