SIKA Sikaflex Self-Leveling Concrete Sealant, Gray, 10.1 oz, 12-Pack

Professional-Quality Self-Leveling Sealant That Makes Concrete Repairs Easy I've used several products for sealing concrete joints over the years, and Sikaflex continues to be one of the brands I trust. This self-leveling polyurethane sealant flows nicely into horizontal expansion joints, creating a smooth, professional-looking finish without having to spend time tooling the surface by hand. The sealant adheres well to properly prepared concrete and cures into a flexible, waterproof joint that should hold up well to changing weather conditions. I also like that it can be painted after it has fully cured, making it easier to blend repairs into the surrounding concrete if desired. Application is straightforward with a standard caulking gun, and the narrow nozzle allows for good control. Just be sure to thoroughly clean the joint before applying the sealant, as good surface preparation makes a big difference in the final result. One thing to keep in mind is that this is a self-leveling product, so it's intended for horizontal joints only. It's not suitable for vertical surfaces because it will flow before curing. Wearing disposable gloves is also a good idea since polyurethane sealants can be messy to clean off your hands. Bottom Line: This is a high-quality, professional-grade concrete joint sealant that's easy to apply, self-levels beautifully, and cures into a durable, flexible, waterproof seal. It's an excellent choice for driveways, sidewalks, garage floors, and other concrete joints, making it an easy 5-star recommendation.

I have been using this product for many years. I think it is the best self leveling product on the market. I bought it this time for a long1/4in crack in my garage floor. I first blew out the crack, then inserted a pencil size, foam filler and pushed it down into the crack about 1/4-3/8in to seal the bottom of the crack. If you don't seal off the bottom of the crack or void....you will use/waste a lot of product. Fill the crack slowly keeping the material slightly proud and then be patient. It takes a couple of days to completely cure (depending on the thickness of the application). Good stuff, very durable and better than the BB store prices.

This stuff is Amazing - just like any job; prep before you start the job!!! Clean the area ; sweep with a broom ; pull out any debris ; blow off with a leaf blower then , fill any deep areas with sand and or Backer Rod . The fact that this stuff is truely “ Self Leveling “ makes it a breeze to use . Use and Begin with Patience; all you have to do is hold the Caulking gun as it releases slow . Key is keep a very clean & Happy workspace ; keep a sweat cloth ; some wet paper towels and or roll of paper towels with a small bucket of water handy to immediately clean up any accidental spills . Any one out there needing extra income could make good money with this Great Product

Great product, but for two things! I spent hundreds on fixing sidewalk and backyard. It was the best for what was needed, but the cost for how much I got out of the sealant is disappointing. It was gone before I sealed two square long cracks in the sidewalk! Good for the manufacturer, overly costly for consumers. The other problem was shipping. I had to send back purchases twice because the packers just throw them in a larger box, breaking off the spout in shipping! Lost a lot of scheduled time waiting for replacements.

If you’re looking for a sealant that combines ease of use with long-lasting performance, look no further than Sika Sikaflex Self-Leveling Sealant. This product has transformed my concrete surfaces, providing a clean, durable, and professional finish with minimal effort. Why I Love It: • Self-Leveling Magic: The true beauty of this sealant lies in its self-leveling properties. Once applied, it flows smoothly into joints, creating a flat, even surface without the need for tooling. This feature is particularly beneficial for those new to sealant applications, as it reduces the chances of uneven lines or missed spots. • Durability That Lasts: After curing, the sealant remains permanently elastic, effectively bridging gaps up to 1.5 inches wide. It’s designed to withstand the rigors of daily traffic, weather fluctuations, and the wear and tear typical of high-traffic areas like driveways and garage floors. • Quick and Easy Application: The product is a one-component polyurethane sealant, meaning no mixing is required. It’s available in both 10.1 fl. oz. and 29 fl. oz. cartridges, catering to various project sizes. The application process is straightforward—just clean the joint, apply the sealant, and let it level itself. • Paintable and Weather-Resistant: Once cured, the sealant is paintable with water-based, oil-based, or rubber-based paints, allowing it to blend seamlessly with your existing surfaces. It’s also waterproof and resistant to aging and weathering, ensuring long-term performance. Tips for Best Results: • Surface Preparation: Ensure that the joint surfaces are clean, dry, and free from oil, grease, or any other contaminants. This will promote optimal adhesion and longevity of the sealant. • Use Backer Rods: For deep joints, consider using a backer rod to control the depth of the sealant and prevent excessive use. • Curing Time: Allow the sealant to cure for 3 to 5 days for full strength. During this period, avoid any traffic or disturbance to ensure the best results.

Great product! the application was easy using a powered calking gun.I applied a backing foam rod then applied the sealant. Flow smoothly filling the cracks and gaps in the concrete. Drying time was plenty and workable. I would make sure to get the fill completely the first round, it looks better.

The best adherence of any! Can't remove from concrete even using turbo sprayer! Use foam rod to stop caulk fall through. Nice professional appearance when dry! I recommend this over any others self leveling.

I have no idea if the product is good or not. I ordered 6 tubes and had to return before I used them. They gave me an immediate refund after shipping then a week or more later they put the charge back in my card. Their response was that they could see that I sent the products back via UPS tracking but did not get them. I used the same box they shipped to me and their QR code for shipping. Other than personally delivering the product I don't know what else a customer is to do. I then call Amazon support and they (Amazon support) gave me my money back but nothing from SIKA. I personally would not buy from them again. That doesn't mean its a poor product, but their customer support is unsatisfactory to me.

Just the right sealant I needed, I like the self leveling action. Just make sure you clean the gap/crack then pour it

This stuff is the business! The neatest expansion joints you’ll ever see, and all without any tape or tooling. It’s a bit pricey, that’s for sure. And you’ll need an American sized 29oz caulk gun, but just wow. So easy to use.

El producto es justo lo que esperaba. Le doy cuatro estrellas debido a que llegó abollado de la parte inferior, pero funcionó correctamente. Ojo con las instrucciones, el tubo no entra en una pistola de silicón convencional, es necesario comprar una más grande.

The self leveling property works well. It remains to be seen how durable the seal will be with time.
