BUM Energy drink (12-Pack, Blue Snow Cone)

I am a HUGE Fan of BUM! A coworker introduced me to BUM energy drinks one fateful morning - I had to be at work early that morning for a meeting, forgot to set up my coffee the night before, and had to run out of the door…. Alone and afraid on only a few hours of sleep without my caffeine. I was not a fan of energy drinks at the time, but I was desperate. My first experience with BUM had me absolutely hooked! I had slept terribly the night before and was absolutely dragging when I walked in that morning… but after about half of the can, I noticed that I felt refreshed and rested, without the jitters. Maybe it’s the Cognizin doin its thing? I don’t know. Either way, I noticed that it had way less caffeine than the Celcius drinks I used to consume and gave me, what felt like, a more natural energy boost…. But the FLAVORS!? They are ON POINT. I have not been let down by a flavor yet! I frankly don’t know how they do it because the flavors taste exactly as you would hope! I also like the fact that it’s not loaded with vitamins. Certain vitamins, such as Vitamin C, tends to reduce the efficacy of some medications and supplements I take in the morning, so I like that I don’t need to be as cognizant to the timing of my supplements and caffeine. I have ordered over 30 cases to date and have tried most of the flavors… So I will review each: 1. Blue Snow Cone: My absolute favorite! This one is more on the sweeter side, bordering on candy-like.. or honestly, very much like a Blue Snow cone! If you prefer less sweet flavors, I would try a can first before getting a case. I like more of the sweeter/fruitier flavors so this one is my top favorite. 2. Pink Lemonade: Tastes exactly as described, like a sweet pink lemonade, without the harsh sugary afterbite of a standard pink lemonade. Pink Lemonade isn’t normally a go-to flavor for me, but this is one of my top BUM flavors. 3. Citrus Burst: Love this one. It reminds me a lot of a Sprite, but a more fruit flavor-forward Sprite. I was expecting to feel “meh” about this flavor, but it was really light, sweet, and very soda-like. 4. Cherry Frost: This one tastes like a cherry ICEE or a cherry snow cone to me! I like it a lot, I expected to like it more than the other flavors but it’s still a solid choice. 5. Grape: I love grape soda and it lived up to my expectations! Seriously easier than drinking a standard sugary grape soda but still sweet and grape-forward. 6. Cola: Yep… I actually like this better than a standard Coke Zero! A lot of brands get the Cola flavors wrong - they end up being too flat and almost syrupy. That was not the case here, it exceeded my expectations. 7. Dr. Bum: I’m a big fan of Dr. Pepper, and same as above… they really nailed this flavor! Tastes even better than a Dr. Pepper Zero to me! 8. Hard to Kill (Strawberry Lemonade): I like this one a lot as well. Tastes like what you would expect a strawberry lemonade to taste like. It’s not my top choice but still a solid choice! 9. Iced Tea Lemonade: Wow, this one is refreshing! I don’t typically go for iced tea or iced tea lemonade in general, as I prefer hot tea… so I was surprised by how much I liked this! It’s a really good “first thing in the morning” energy drink. My coworker, who is normally a fan of iced tea, ranks this as one of her top favorites. 10. Champion Mentality: I saw another reviewer compare this to a Fresca, and I think that’s an accurate comparison. Fresca is “meh” for me, and the BUM version is good. If I had to rank anything last, I would say that this would be last for me… BUT, still a good flavor and I would continue to buy it, I just prefer the sweeter, fruitier flavors better. And… I think that’s all I’ve tried so far! I really want to try the Orange Sunrise and I’m shocked that I haven’t! I think I will save Root Beer and Cream Soda for when I can find them in the individual cans because that’s generally not something I prefer on a regular day. In summary: I’m a big fan!

Best energy drink on the market. Amazing flavour selection, no bad after taste and gives you a boost without being too much.

One of the best flavours! All BUM flavours have been so spot on. No weird aftertaste and give a great boost.

Love the flavor and Bum Energy... just never got the shipment. Ordered with 1 day delivery. Waited 3 days no idea when its coming and Amazon has no answer. All im saying is just say its going to be 5-12 days and set the right expectations.

Root Beer is phenomenal. Spot on if you like root beer. Dr. Bum I'd say is more Cheerwine than Dr.P, but not, bad I like it. Blue Snow Cone on the other hand. I feel betrayed. Never once have I heard Blue Snow Cone and expected Raspberry. Blue Snow Cone is Coconut, it's Ocean Water, cracking into it for Raspberry was a shock, an unpleasantly, unexpected surprise when I so hoped for coconut.
