Buy this repeatedly
Love this stuff. Really helpful on days when I’m struggling with headaches. The taste is not overwhelming. Love that they don’t have artificial sweeteners as they often are triggers for migraines. I limit my use of them though simply because I watch my sodium intake. Lots of flavors to choose from. Definitely hydrating, dissolve well, and the texture is pretty fine. I will buy on repeat as long as I can get my hands on them!

Great way to find your favorite flavor
I was recommended this brand of electrolyte powder but as I had not tried it I wasn't sure what flavor to pick. I also liked the idea of the individual packets for convenience. It met all my expectations and I ended up liking most of the flavors. Would recommend if you want to try this brand.

REAL ELECTOLYTE REPLACEMENT. NOT A SWEET DRINK MIX
I found these through a physio I met in Phoenix after I almost passed out from a near heatstroke. These are the right combination of salts to bring you right back to life. Dissolve great in cold water -- the saltiness takes a bit of getting used to if you are used to sweetened mixes... I add some lime juice to the lime flavors to kick them up a notch and make a banana smoothie with the pina colada for my end of ride cool down. Try all the flavors and find the ones you like the best and then switch over to the single flavor packs. This is great way to taste the full range. Electrolytes, not water are what keeps you from bonking. And the right ones are in these little pouches.

Love these packets taste great.
Excellent product I have no trouble with them dissolving put in a bottle of water and shake. I also buy their mineral salt I drink it in my morning warm water with my collagen lemon a bit of cayenne pepper. I feel it keeps me hydrated all day between the morning drink and one of these flavored packets. I like all the flavors hoping they bring back the 30 packet mixed flavors.
