I find this an excellent product. I have been taken probiotics to reduce bloating and prevent constipation, recently my bowels suddenly went on strike. I realise this is a sign to be taken seriously and looked into what I could do about it before panicking off to the Dr. I decided to try Molkosan because having read the story of its development over very many years I decided it provided the missing link. The results took a few days, which was to be expected, but were assuring and effective. I have used 2 and ordered 2 more until I am confident the pattern establishes properly. I have continued to take my probiotics as usual as initially they made a huge difference to my gut health. Later I will look to taking Molkosan every other day to see how that works. I also have longstanding gut problems and try to work with my what my body needs naturally. I was pleasantly surprised by the taste of the berry flavoured one - I like it taken in a half a glass of water!

I starting taking this in the morning mixed with my super greens and aloe Vera juice. As long as you don’t drink anything hot for 30june after you should defo see a difference. I usually have a little football yummy no matter how slim I get but this is helping reduce it for sure after only one week of using!!!! I’d go for the berry one tho as I’ve heard the original is a bit nasty

After researching what would help my gut issues I came across this product so thought I would give it a try. Arrived really quickly. The flavour is ok although a little sweet for me but not unpleasant. Been using now for a few weeks and do think I am starting to see the benefits.
